DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! Staff is very rude and condescending, did not care whatsoever about the customers. Scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep Liberty, it needed a quick oil change and I asked if they had the time to take a look at the cigarette lighter and gas gauge sensor for a quote on repair. First red flag, when we pulled in, the parking at this place was madness, no room to put my Jeep in the customer parking so I had to find space behind the building. Okay, no biggie – I can deal with that. Walked into the service building to drop off the keys and check in and they man behind the counter says “and this is for TODAY?!? I’m NEVER going to fit that in today, I have this one that’s been sitting here for 2 weeks and hasn’t been worked on yet. We’re just too busy.” His tone of voice was just very arrogant and disdainful. I mentioned that we drove over a ½ hour (this is the closest Jeep dealership) to come here and had an appointment for 8am. He just continued to tell us about the car sitting there for 2 weeks and that they couldn’t work on it. However, he agreed to take a look at my Liberty today and give us a call back. Drove back home, felt very uneasy about the whole situation and gave them a call back asking if they could just do the oil change and we could pick it up by noon today to go to work, to not even look at the other issues today. They agreed, so called back home to confirm we would have a driver for the 2nd vehicle to go get the Jeep again. Called Dotta back to confirm we would be coming back at noon. Was answered by a very rude lady, “how DARE you give my daughter a hard time!!!” At no time whatsoever did we give ANYONE a hard time, we were polite through the entire episode. Drove another ½ hour back to get the Jeep, same guy was behind the counter clearly speaking with a friend and not a customer. We stood around for a while until he finally even turned around, then he just took my keys off the wall and practically threw them at us. No eye contact, no “have a good day,” no nothing. Waste of ½ tank of gas and several hours of my time. Wish I could give 0 stars, 1 is too many. I am NEVER going back to Dotta again.

My son took his Wrangler on a road trip and the water pump started making a chirping noise. The dealership closest to him couldnt even look at for a week. I found Dotta Auto Sales only 6 miles away and called them. Chris said to bring it in and theyd take a look at it. They said they could tear it down the next day, but if they ended up needing more parts it could take longer, but that the pump was working fine and not leaking and he could complete the trip and to get it replaced when hes home. These guys were more concerned about getting him back on the road than they were about making money... Id definitely go there again!!!

The people & service provided is terrible. I went to them for a recall because they are a jeep dealership, & thats part of the responsibility of a dealership & they yelled at me asking me why I hadnt had it done before. Recalls are safety problems. My my fault the previous owner didnt get it done.. Also, went to get a quote on an issue with my sunroof. Quoted me $700 on the product before labor. My local garage said about $300 after labor. This place is a complete joke all around.

Would not reccomend this place at all. We are a vendor there and they refused to pay for multiple bills. Filed through collection agency, went there in person and certified mail. There is excuse is that the updating to the facility required by Jeep, but a financial burden on them to pay a bill that is only for a few hundred bucks. Beware of this dealership and stay away. Do your own research and see all the negative reviews for yourself.

Called to make an appointment for my Jeep. Felt like I was bothering the lady that answered the phone who transferred me after saying "Hold on!!!" but at least I was able to make an appointment with service. When trying to at the dealership off of Hecktown Rd I reached a VM box 3 times. I will see how this service appointment is at Dotta and review that once it occurs. :)
