Jordan Lewis made my experience so easy and effortless. He not only made sure I was happy with my vehicle but he made sure I was happy with my car buying experience. He not only was down to earth and just a huge personality but a great salesman. I felt like I was hanging out with friends in this facility verses being at a dealership. Lets face it you can be at a car dealership all day but when you can sit and chat and feel like you are hanging out and being entertained that makes the experience that much more worth it. Man my experience at this place was absolutely amazing, i kinda regret finding out about this place so late in my life. Mr. Mirza Baig did everything he could for me and it is greatly appreciated, because of customer service so patient like his, i see why drive time is the number 1 used car lot in the US, there is no place I would wrather get a car from. I intially went to the location on 45 and was very unsatisfied. Once I came to the Kingwood location I could automatically tell I would love my experience here. They wouldnt let me leave until I was more than satisfied with my car. Mr.Jordan was an extraordinary salesman due to this being my first car I was very indecisive about which car I truly wanted. He helped me pick a car that I absolutely love. Thanks Jordan and the entire Kingwood location for helping me pick out my new Hyundai Sonata.

Went in to get daughter a car after putting info in to the online including the income and it saying she qualified for 500 down and got there to find out her income wasnt enough....the online application is misleading.
