Extremely Satisfied! After going through dozens of used car dealerships in NE Houston and being shown over-priced junk, Fall Creek Motor Cars was a breath of fresh air! They have a great selection of cars, from cheaper cars with more mileage on them to the more expensive, newer cars. One thing all of their cars have in common: theyre all in great shape! Talking to the dealers I could tell they really enjoy running Fall Creek and honestly strive to have the best selection of cars in the area. I told them the price range I was looking for and they put together a list of vehicles, showed me where they were on the lot, and let me look at each one at my own pace (MUCH different than they traditional, breathing-down-your-neck distracting you with irrelevant details experience one usually gets when buying used cars). No tricks, no gimmicks, no showing me a car thats way out of my price range and trying to get me to finance. Only honest, hard-working salesmen. As advertised, they have the Carfax Report available for all of their vehicles. When I finally chose a car, I found that their asking price was actually LOWER than the cars "approximate value" as found on Edmunds and NADA Guide, and on par with what KBB had. Excellent experience, definitely recommend. EDIT: Be sure to call them or go look at the vehicles in person, as sometimes they have new vehicles that they have not yet put on the website (as was the case with the vehicle I ultimately purchased).

Would I recommend them to buy from - Yes good hardworking salesman. After three months of driving the vehicle and a long haul run to New Mexico, I have to give it a B+, front end has some issues and the drivers door lock no longer works. Not sure if it is the dent in the door or that it just failed due to age. But we knew about the door damage. Front end I guess it is just at that age that needs to be rebuilt. (at 230K miles, I would say it has done well) The guys at the dealership over all were GREAT, they helped us out on other issues and concerns smoothly. The only reason why they get a 4 star - I felt that I paid about $850 over what I should have, for the pre-existing damages (lot of cosmetic issues like light hail damage and accident to drivers front door and fender), but it was a model and options we wanted... so far the drivetrain is solid and proven to be as they said, a solid running truck. (Very good and strong Bones as you would say) Take your time and give them good reasons why their price is too high. As long as you are with in the market range... Do not try to lowball them, they are within reason of market values.

Every vehicles check engine light came on during or after the test drive. The employees argued with me on the causes of the lights. Having worked on the vehicles I drove, extensively, I know they were full of crap. I offered to buy a vehicle after the light was fixed. I was told that they had the part but couldnt replace it that day. It was a 1 hour fix at tops. If they in fact had the part any person with any kind of mechanical knowledge could have replaced it. That lead me to believe that that was a load of crap as well. I will never buy from or recommend this place. While I was there someone purchased a car and before they left the lot, was having problems with it. Steer clear of this dealership, they give the used car salesmen a bad name. I just got off the phone with management. He assured me that they are on the up and up and did not to come off that way. I told him I would edit this review so I am. I respect him for trying to fix mistakes, but i will still not go back. If you decide to shop or buy just be careful.

I bought a 96 GMC Sierra Z71 today at Fall Creek Motors. This truck is the cleanest and lowest mileage 16 year old truck I have ever seen that was not a restored show truck. It runs and drives like a much newer truck. I did a lot of searching before this purchase and I found Fall Creek through Auto Trader. I can tell you that Fall Creek is a dealership of integrity and value. They dont deal in cookie cutter generic autos. If you are a person who gets excited about the car or truck you drive and you want something with individuality and coolness you need to visit Fall Creek. Dont get all upset if they dont mob you when you step out of your car like you are used to at the average dealership. Its a family owned and operated shop and they do a lot of volume for there size. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed.

This is by far the worst place EVER to buy a car, i bought this car while deployed to iraq, first mistake, second mistake i didnt have a real mechanic check the car before i bought it, third mistake and biggest one of them all i bought the car, first thing wrong, before i even got home i had to do a valve job because 2 not 1 but 2 of the valuves were messed up that was 2,000 down the drain, the censor after censor after censor started going bad, 200+ a censor then tires were bad NO tread life on them at all, and i re deployed and the car is still giving me problems with the transmission now having problems. i will never ever recommend Fall Creek Motor Cars to anbody as long as i live...Worst Place Ever, buyer beware

Ive lived in Houston since 1983, and have never felt more comfortable when buying a pre owned vehicle. The Fall Creek staff was top notch, and have a nice selection of quality cars and trucks. I drove off their lot in a super clean 05 Z71 Surburban,and got it at a great price, I love it and my family loves it too. Just wanted to thank Al and Raj for their help in making this buy worry free, youve made a friend and customer for life.I would recommend anyone in the market for a pre owned vehicle not to buy until youve gone to see these guys first. See you next year when we will be looking for two more vehicles for my sons. Thanks again guys!

Very nice people & they took care of me. The first time I went to the dealer, I was interested in a vehicle a tad bit over my price range and spoke with Raja about what kind of car I was looking for and my budget, Raja mentioned if he found a car meeting those specifications or similar he would contact me & he did just that, he called me a week or so later and had a car that was exactly what I was looking for. The car runs great and I absolutely love it! They made purchasing my first vehicle feel easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, and in the future I wouldnt hesitate to contact them for another vehicle.

Great smaller dealer, thats family owned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked primary with Raja. They made coming in and looking/test drive easy and with very little waiting. I feel these guys are more personal since they are a smaller vs the big lots. You even get help a faster to questions etc.. Whats best is its no pressure buying or hassle. Other big lots are using call centers now and the people know nothing about cars and what they are selling. Raja on the other hand can answer your questions well. If your looking for a used BMW check them out.
