My experience at success was horrible. The first thing I told Dan that my credit wasnt good, he insisted I fill out a credit application. I didnt want to but I did because he had confidence he could get me approved. When he got my report back he read off everything I had on my credit, as if I didnt know what I had. the most unprofessional thing he did was read off my information while customers were coming in and out of the office. then he came to us and showed us some type of price breakdown and say " I got you approved though", while covering up something on the paper with his thumb and told me he couldnt show me that area. the next lie he told me was give him until Monday which I did. I called him on Monday he say he was working on it and that he would call me back which he didnt. I called him on Wednesday he say he was working on it. Long story short this lasted a week. I was through with him after he lied the second time and say he was going to call back and didnt. The following week my husband took over calling him, the same outcome lies. What topped it all off was when my husband called and spoke with his mother and she hung up in his face. The way I see it, if you are in a business you should treat your customers with respect if they give you respect. To be HONEST as Dan claim to be he could have told me he couldnt do nothing. Like I said earlier I told him my credit wasnt strong. Dont bite off more than you can chew by saying what you can do without seeing the big picture. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

Ive been a customer since the beginning of this year....and Success Auto Sales has been there for me more than anything!!!! The staff and owners are very professional and provides excellent care to the customers. Whenever I have issues with my vehicle...it is always being repaired without a delay. T he company always workout payment plans to ensure customer satisfaction!!!! I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them!!!

They will put you in a good luxury car or what ever you like, and they work with you so you can keep your car, all you gotta do is communicate with them and they will look out for you. To date, I have purchased 8 cars from Success Auto and have loved all of them. The service wass excellent and after purchase service was excellent. I highly recommend anyone to buy from here. The owner, Debra will personally attend to use and work with you in regards to financing and finding the vehicle of your choice.

Easy process to buy, very annoying to deal with. If they have your vehicle they will not call to update you and they are not organized. They do treat you very well, but try to dodge you when you call about your vehicle. They dont fix things they say they will on your vehicle. Wouldnt recommend this business to others.
