They were cordial on the phone. Salesman seemed confused. Drove down to look at a vehicle. Salesman (Dusty) was rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Flat out rude and disgusting attidudes for anyone, let alone a salesman. They try to be bullies. Bought a vehicle the same day from another local used car dealer.

Best place to buy a car in tyler. Steve took such good care of us and got us a killer deal on a car. Everyone up there is friendly and kind. They are a stellar company. If they dont have what you want they will go out of their way to find it.

lack of communication! money hungry people! horrible customer service!! I took my car for a check up, paid a big bill and have the same problems after having it checked / "repaired" !
