Hello, PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER!!! I noticed today that my payment receipt includes my entire social security number on it. Like anyone else I called them roughly @ 11am while on my lunch break wanting to speak with management for an explanation. I spoke with a girl named Maria who told me management wasnt there at the moment, so I explained my concern. She couldnt help so I asked what time I should call back and she said after 2pm. I got off of work at 5:20pm and called again. I was told management wasnt there and never made it in. She then asks what the problem is again so I again explain and she gets an attitude and says well no one here can help you. I ask to speak with my sales person and she says he cant help you. I said I wanted to speak with him anyway and she slammed the phone and hung up on me. I called back multiple times in a row and there was no answer. I then call my husband and ask that he call, he did and low and behold they answered. Maria went as far as to ask my husband if i was with him because she had an answer to my question. I call back and she answered, i was highly upset by this time and told her that I wanted to start off by saying that she was very rude and disrepctful for hanging up on me like she did. Her response was, "what was your question again" I told her are you serious, didnt you tell my husband you had an answer for me. Well she didnt tell me anything until I asked again, then she said well those are the rules and thats it. I then was able to hear my sales guy in the background and told her I wanted to speak with him and again, she hung up on me. I called back again multiple times and finally he answered, with an attitude yelling ,"what do I want" I explained the situatuon and with an attitude he tells me and what do you want us to do. He asked if i spoke spanish and i said no. He said well if you dont speak spanish i cant help you ( i then began to speak my broken spanish) I was outraged at this point,.. he then says that i need to come into the office, and i asked why. He said so that they can explain why the rules are like that. I asked why cant they call me and explain and he yelled saying that i needed to go to the office, i said is this how you speak to your paying customers. Someone who is spending over 40,000 and he said he didnt care. He said I dont care that you are spending 40,000. I said oh you dont care and he said no. I then said that I was going to contact the news and let you all know how they are and he said go ahead.. Please help me put them to shame, i read previous comments about them being really rude but I couldnt believe it because when I met them they were so nice. They were completely different people today.. Very unprofessional and RUDE!! They dont even deserve 1 star for how they reacted today..

The vehicle i purchased from them had the check engine light on, which the bulb was removed. They tell you to go to a shop of their choice to get an inspection, which is obviously going to pass cause they are init together. I pay my vehicle every 2 weeks on time and for some reason im backed up. Now every month they call me saying that my truck is going to be picked up. Every two weeks they call that my vehicle doesnt have insurance. You cant wven try to explain your self cause they give attitude. I have owned the vehicle for less than a year. I have had to fix the a/c, sway bar links, rear air bags along with the compressor. They have no idea what they are doing or selling. Yes they sell nice rides but they are all defective. On top of paying for the vehicle you have to pay for getting things fixed. This is the only and last vehicle i purchase from them.

Only cause there wasnt a zero star option. First of all I drive all the way over there cause they have nice rides and Im looking for a min before this guy come out and acts like he doesnt want to help me and I ask him about an 08 Escalade with 100,000 miles and he tells me $27,000 then I ask about an 08 z71 Tahoe with 150,000 and he tells me $20,000...and doesnt offer to show me anything else and just walks back inside. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES!!!
