PLEASE READ! Carrillo Auto Sales has very poor customer service and does not know how to run a business. I purchased a vehicle there, but was conned into thinking it was a good "deal". I tried to negotiate with the owner and work out a solution and was told everything would be just fine, but was LIED to repeatedly and still have not resolved anything because the assistant/secretary just wants to hide behind a phone and STEAL my money because her husband (owner) doesnt want to face me. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS and I should be dealing with professional people who know how to run a company. Nothing but salvaged cars and ridiculous high mileage cars. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PURCHASE VEHICLES!!! SCAM ARTISTS. RATE 0 if I could. Carrillo Auto Sales tiene muy mal servicio al cliente y no sabe cómo ejecutar un negocio. He comprado un vehículo allí, pero fue estafado en pensar que era un buen "deal". He intentado negociar con el propietario y encontrar una solución y me dijeron que todo estaría muy bien, pero se ha mentido para varias veces y todavía no han resuelto nada porque el asistente/secretaria sólo quiere ocultar detrás de un teléfono y robar mi dinero porque su marido (propietario) no quieren enfrentarse a mí. Esto es indignante y yo debería estar tratando con profesionales que saben cómo dirigir una empresa. Nada pero salvó de automóviles y vehículos de alto millaje ridícula. Este no es un lugar para adquirir vehículos!!! Los estafadores. Tipo 0 si pudiera.

This poeple have done nothing but cause problems for me! Sold me a salvaged car ! By the way overpriced it like if it was a brand new car , nothing but professional SCAMMERS!!!! They are really good at that , UNLESS your FAMILY or a REALLY GOOD FRIEND your going to get ripped off !!! It was my first time buying a car , and my coworker who happens to be like family to them and had a reliable car recommend me to come here , she said they will take good care of you give you nothing but the best pfffftttt yeah right , salvaged car over priced it and lies to my face saying they will help me, and all they money I had put in that car would be transferred to the new vechile I purchased went back the owner said I cant help you till your insurance send the check to us let me remind you I paid 350 a month , by the way I called her and said be careful all his car are salvaged I literally checked all the car and they are TRASH !!!! She said (coworker ) oh no my car not salavged he woudlnt rip me off!!!??? Like really??? anyways check got there so I went up there said no I want a down payment ?? Are you kidding me ? He lied since the beginning I just wish I was at the moment where I had 2,000 cash and invested somewhere else instead of these SCAMMERS !!! Its been months And they still have not got in contact with me COWARDS , last time I checked salvaged cars should be CHEAPER !!!!! Stop being cowards and contact me !!! I Stopped by this dealership and nobody was paying attention to me it was like wasnt even there ! I had to go inside and ask question instead of a good business and help your customer I had to go to them! Every car I asked that looked new and had low mileage was not a clean title in other words salvaged and the cars that had clean title the mileage was waaayy too high ! And the cash cars they had some had enigine lights on, The ADUI in the picture the brakes were not in good shape and they wanted 3,000 down payment crazy!! After that I left NOPE THANK You should stay away from here you will have better option at a Carmax OR LITERALLY ANY WHERE ELSE ! BEWARE POEPLE

Do not do business with these guys. Theyre not even real mechanics. Scamming people left and right. Bought 4 vordoven tires for 650 and 2 of them blew out on my way leaving and they didnt even bother replacing them since they kept saying it was my fault they blew out. Little did i know they were not only filled too much, there were nails and tacks in them! Im never going to be a customer to them-id going back to buying online for not only a better price but to have them checked for quality. this car lot is a cheat and a rip off purchased a truck and after useing the 4 wheel drive it would not dis ingage as i was on the fry way 4 wheel drive ingages and causes me to spin and hit gaurd raid .told them and they said you purchased it as is 2months later the thing starts hesitating as i give it gas cost 4 repairs $500.00 they would not give me time to get it fixed be fore making payments t t&lk was pid and 3 months later still no plates,registration

had a very bad experience at this place their vehecles are flooded vehicles and they rip you off they say they gonna fix ur car but they do more damage to it so you will spend more money dont recommend this place at all i wouldnt even give them no stars at all but i had to put one to write this comment and warn yall pls dont waste yalls money here

Wow this people is a rip off so please read these reviews before u go I wish I would have before I went to this car lot they sell no good ass cars that run for a week motor locks up engine light come on in a Day take it to them they calm they will fix it but do nothing about it just keep your car for nothing.##bullshit
