Mark Walker

Mark Schubert is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met..telling people they are lying and implying they are dishonest is no way to handle the public. Worse than that running around your desk at a lady asking your name is idiotic..then pointing your finger in a mans face while standing behind two coworkers is cowardly.. I am an ex correctional officer and current security officer and lake patrol officer at Lake Cherokee..as such I pride myself in being honest and professional..but I dont take to insinuation and being called a liar nor threatening my wife. Yes she is emotional but neither of us cuss nor disrespect people..we are in a bad position right now and under alot of stress.. We have a two year old and our car was broke beyond repair..we needed some help not accusations and unprofessional treatment. I am an easy going guy but salesmen that rush at my wife will not be tolerated.. Long story short we went to drive time at 4pm and left by 5:45pm with a 2015 Nissan Sentra with 44,000 miles...Ive heard bad stuff about drivetime but we were desperate..we were treated very professionally and Katrina went above and beyond to help us even driving to my house to pick up a forgotten check stub..guess what ? The check stub was at the address that Mark Schubert accused US lying about. If your policy is not to finance people whos address doesnt match their driver license you should put it that way..not call people a liar.. All I can say is dont shop at Kent..if theyre that shady with two officers and church going people then they will be shady to anyone..

They were very rude. We looked at a couple cars and they smelt like cigarettes. And one like a wet dog. I cut my finger getting out of one of the cars. They would not approve us because of something so stupid. So we went down the road and got a much better car than anything they had on the lot. And it only took about 45 min.

Went there in hopes of getting a car but I guess not the guy told me my income had to be at least 1500 after taxes and I make that but he based it on one check stub where I didnt have many hours and then said that my husband had to be on my insurance and I have never heard of that before so I guess it was not meant to be..

Very poor service, rude staff. Well at least the two women are. You ask questions to better understand and you get talked to like a child being disciplined. Just because you are getting money from people with lower or no credit at all, does not give you the right to treat them as such.
