I was trying very hard to control costs for our wedding, and thought about avoiding fresh flowers altogether. Looking at old family photos made me realize I really needed some, including a bouquet. One florist Id called said a bridal bouquet was well over $100 just to start – without even asking what kind of flowers I wanted. I was a little defeated, but remembered Id gone to Ditmars Flowers a few years ago with a somewhat unusual request which they accommodated beautifully. So I went in and talked to them. They are awesome! Very nice to deal with, easy going and they were able to give me exactly what I wanted in my price range. I worked with Abel and got a lovely, simple, colorful, very pretty bouquet, exactly what I wanted, without breaking the bank, and got corsages and boutonnieres for my entire wedding party. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I are visiting from out of the area and wanted a simple bouquet for our daughters birthday. We stopped in at one fairly disappointing shop a couple of blocks away and decided to try this one a little further from where we are staying. The shop looks very inviting from outside with lots of healthy plants. We walked in and it smelled fantastic, reminding us of the Amsterdam flower auction we had visited years ago. They had a very limited selection of pre-made bouquets, but a huge assortment of very fresh looking cut flowers and very personalized assistance to create your own custom bouquet, which my wife did. She was able to pick out the exact flowers she wanted and they created a beautiful arrangement out of them. We were also able to get a birthday balloon and even candles for the cake to save us having to make another stop.

I dont usually leave reviews but I ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous !!! I live in London and wanted her to receive something nice and fresh, I chose ditmars flower shop on a whim after being disappointed with FTD so many times. So glad I ordered directly through you! The flowers and the vase were superb and was worth every penny !! Thank you so much !

Just bought my Mom the Florists Choice Daily Deal. Beautiful arrangement. The flowers are fresh not old. Pretty colors and best of all my Mom loves them. She is very choose and fussy. Thank you for making her happy. Best Florist in town

Incredibly nice and helpful. She snipped off all the needles on a small cactus in a beautiful succulent arrangement so that our cat wouldnt hurt her paw if she touched it.
