This is by far, the worst place I have ever been to with any of my bikes...The service department refused to give me my military discount, claiming he had already helped me on the price...(couldnt see that after what it cost)They damaged the LED light system on my wheels (took me 4 hours to fix)...didnt refill the antifreeze to proper level after the flush and adding of engine ice..engine oil was low after 500 miles of riding...tried to claim that the bike may not have been level when I checked it, as if I dont know how to. I should have taken my bike to place I have always taken it to... Oh, he did apologize for damaging the wheel lights...like that made me feel better. They will be careful the NEXT time I bring it in, like they will ever touch this bike again......smh . This business is terrible. I drive the 30 extra minutes to do business with the better side.

I am a Yamaha man and have been for years - There are five in my garage. In my 28 years of riding and fixing bikes, I have never been more disappointed in a motorcycle dealer. I have been shopping there for a year, trying to give them the bennefit of the doubt, but everytime I go to the parts dept it is the same thing. 1. They look at you like you are interupting their day. 2.When they do eventually make it to you, it seems as if they dont really want to sell you anything. 3. They dont seem to know they Yamaha line of products. 4. More often than not their prices are high - even for a dealer. * They cant make keys - Really? To be fair, I havent had any dealings with the service dept, but a friend of mine said they treated him right.

Great service. I recently brought my bike down to have both tires replaced. I ordered my tires online and brought them in with me, and they had no problem with that. ( Although they also have a nice selection in stock too it seems, so maybe next time I will buy from them.) The service department were great though, changed them both out in a few hours, and did an excellent job. They cleaned my old chain so well, and applied new grease to it so well, I honestly thought they had replaced it. I even went back and checked all the bolts with my torque wrench, and everything checked out great. Highly recommend them!

Bought a pre-owned ATV here last month. Was assured by the salesman that the bike had been thoroughly serviced and anything that was worn or broken was fixed or replaced. I trusted them and didnt look at the bike as close as I should have (dumb). I bought it on a Friday and called them the next day they were open (Tuesday) to tell them the bike had absolutely no brake pads, the rear storage compartment was broken, and the fuel gauge was broken. Well, too bad for me. They just ignore me and leave me high and dry. Wife wants an ATV now too, sure as heck not going back there.

Where do I start I bought my first bike a Kawasaki eliminator and treated me GREAT ! service department jumped right on my issue Chris is the man ! Then yesterday 5 Feb. 2016 I went in and looked at a Honda shadow Hector was very patient and showed me the benefits between several like kinds of bikes, never once pressuring me to buy this one or that one, I then went and talked to Kirsten about financing and very helpful in explaining interest rates and terms. Final note I will be sending Wayne and HIS team all my friends to get all things related to motorcycles love

Where do I start should I begin with the marked up prices on everything and the fact that they never have parts on hand they always have to order and charge you two times the prices of the product I was so sick of the back and forth until I explain to them I can order the parts my self for less with faster shipping and I would never consider buying chain lube from them again and they dont do test rides until you pass credit check or have paid for the bike already facts anyone who goes there will tell you that you have to buy the bike to find out if you like it

Hands down the worst motorcycle shop Ive ever dealt with. Im up here with cash in hand. Cant even get a test drive in. The owner has hired a team of incompetents who apparently cant facilitate a simple transaction. Had the bug to buy. Super annoyed. Would not recommend

I agree with the previous. I was treated more as if I were a nuisance like an annoying little cousin than a customer. They were even talking bad about a customer who wasnt getting what he asked for directly in front of me. How unprofessional is that?

I have been there for parts and service for over 5 years . I always paid what I felt were reasonable prices . I will continue to go there as long as this keeps up.

Terrible. I called about HID headlights and the guy had me on hold for 10 minutes to get on the phone and just say I dont know about those. Smh.
