I visited Rossmeyers New Smyrna Harley during Biketoberfest 14 while staying with my daughter in Port Orange. I was very much impressed with the dealership and more so with the staff. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and there for assistance. Now being from NJ I was surprised being treated as a regular customer, but I was. I seen the Rinehart pipes at their booth during biketoberfest but wasnt ready to make the purchase. Since I left my bike in Florida because I am heading back for bike week I called new Smyrna to get pricing for the Rineharts. Now that I got all the pricing I wanted to order them and have New Smyrna install the pipes. However, there was a company policy that would not allow me to pay by credit card over the phone. I totally agreed with the reason but being from NJ I just couldnt ride over and pay in person. With the help of Doug in service, Sara on the floor and sorry cant remember her name but she was from the internet gift card office in Daytona we were able to make it happen. Friends from NJ said I should have waited until i took the bike back north but I wanted New Smyrna to do the job. Without Doug and the rest of the staff jumping through hoops I would have had to wait until I got back down. I have always said the service and support make the dealer and this is a perfect point on how true that statement is. My thanks goes out to Doug, Sara and the rest of the staff, pipes were installed Sunday 12/28. My daughter sent me video and they sound awesome and look great. Thanks, Dan from Jersey

I had to go to a class in New Smyrna back in August of 2014. Shifter broke as I arrived. I called the dealership and they said they would look at it. I let them know I was on a time frame of leaving on Saturday (this was Friday morning). They called me late Friday and said it would be done by 3:00 PM on Saturday. That did not happen. 4:00 rolled around, then 5:00, finally got it done. They did cut me a discount for taking so long. I was appreciated and said Thank You and left. Two miles later, my shifter falls off! I fortunately found the shifter. They sent a mechanic to fix it, which was great. Shifter was scratched, mentioned it to them, no response. Here we are, two months later, another screw falls out while at Biketoberfest. At the same time my battery dies, so I figured I could go see the dealership and maybe they would help me out a little bit. They helped me out alright. $185.00 for a battery, that they let me put in myself so they didnt charge me, no shifter pad and they handed me a screw that I could put in myself so they did not have to charge me that labor also. I would feel really bad for the people who suffered because they lost their job when they closed this crap hole down, but I think thats what they deserve. The store to shut down. Im sure theres some nice people that work there, unfortunately I only spoke with one and his hands were tied. Thank you for reading my rant. For my money, I would go anywhere else than to this dealership! Have a nice day.

Saturday, October 3rd, my husband and I were on a ride with friends when the engine and temperature lights came on our bike. Bruce Rossmeyers New Smyrna was the closest Harley Service Store. James Hawtree was the Service Manager that day. We told him our dilemma. Although he was very short handed due to about half his staff being out sick, he took in our bike and checked it out. Since we were quite far from home, he didnt want us to take a chance since it could be something serious regarding the cooling pump. They were extremely busy that day too. Tommy Gray was the Expert Technician that day. Tommy checked it out and it fortunately it was just a relay that went bad, which was an easy fix. They had us all fixed up and back on the road within 2 hours. We sincerely appreciate the time they took, even though they were very busy, to fix our bike and get us back on the road. They were great!

The New Smyrna Beach H. D. is one of the best Harley- Davidson Dealerships that I have had the distinct pleasure to deal with. G.M. James Hawtree goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He sees to it that all your problems no matter how big or small are taken care of. Keith and Ray in sales are very knowledgeable about all the bikes , they go out of their way to take you on a test ride and help fit you to the bike that is best for you. Mechanics Tommy and Mike are on the money finding out what is wrong with any problems you might have with your special ride. The entire staff makes you feel like family. The N.S.B Harley-Davidson Dealership is top notch in my book and is a credit to the H.D. community.

My husband Dennis and I had traveled to Daytona for Biketoberfest for our 7th year. We had just purchased a 2015 before this trip. Once here we noticed a problem with the bike and had contacted this store and spoke with Doug Willick. He gave support via the phone and told us to contact him if further issues. Well we did stop there yesterday and asked for him. He came outside immediately to check on his concerns as well as had a technician also check out the issue. They took the bike into service even as the store was close to closing. Bike was checked out and cleared for issues. We were both impressed with Doug and his fellow workers for their professionalism, concerns and sense of humor. Diane and Dennis

Had an emergency with my bike while traveling during Bike Week, and was afraid Id get ripped off traveling by myself. I also didnt want to get stuck in the nightmare traffic around the huge dealership complex at I-95 and saw this dealership not too much farther south. They were busy, but got my bike in right away. The manager was very nice, the place was immaculate, and the nearby shopping area wasnt crowded while I waited. Overall, it was a very good experience. Id recommend this to anyone traveling or living in the area. Its a smaller dealership in a lovely, overlooked area with great fast service. My bike runs better than ever.

Great Team at New Smyrna HD. Broke down during Oct Bike Fest, Major CAM, CAM Plate, Tappets, ect, ect, ect issues. The maintenance shop was slammed! Service manager Jeremy Sikes took me in right away and overcame parts issues by overnight delivery. Technician Tommy Gray is a very knowledgeable/professional tech. Broke the bike down, provided show and tell and explained that the CAM chain tensioner was the start of all the issues. He worked some serious overtime to meet my departure time. Bike ran great, road home 1000mi without issue. These two Cats would make any team great

Im a vertically challenged rider, returning back to riding after a 15 year hiatus. I brought by my new old HD for service. To date Ive returned 4 other times. They were great and helped me with upgrading my lights and talked me thru doing it myself, a broken speedometer cable, and routine service. We also tried replacing the standard seat with a low profile one, unfortunately it did not help me at all but they were true to their word and did not charge me a restocking fee as they promised. So Gracie (1200XLC) and I will definitely return again.
