As I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by Nick and his awesome beard. He stopped what he was doing just to make sure I was taken care of and taken care of I was. After trying on about 4 different helmets, I was convinced that he was already tired of helping me out but he brought more out to test fit. Dude was a trooper. After that it was jackets and the same thing, 3-4 jackets (and not all from easily accessible places) and he was constantly saying, "the more jackets you try on the better." My sincerest thanks to Nick and the guy at the register (sorry that I didnt get his name) helped make me feel welcome too when he struck up conversation about what Im riding, how long Ive been riding, etc... All in all, this was a great experience and Ill be back for sure when I need something else!

The staff on St Andrews Road in Columbia, SC has always tried to be friendly and helpful. The location is somewhat small, cramped and limited in products on hand but they are more than willing to find it at another store and order it in for you to try on or purchase. Cycle Gear as a company can sometimes be overpriced and they give the feel of being more Sports Bike, Sport Touring Bike or Preppy/Weekend Cruiser rider oriented rather than Biker. However, they occasionally offer some good deals on actually practical stuff you might want or need. So I give the location and staff a five star rating and the company a three.

My husband and I went the day after Christmas to look around the store for some bike gear. It was well worth the drive from Augusta, GA!!! The shop has a great selection of jackets, boots, helmets, etc. for both men and women. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We also hit a great sale because it was the day after Christmas! Very pleased and well definitely make the drive again when we need more gear!

Wonderful staff. Incredibly friendly and unbelievably patient. They spent over an hour helping me pick out the right gear for me and find everything I need to get me on the road. As a new rider, I felt welcome and left excited to start riding. Also, GREAT selection of gear; a lot that I couldnt find in other places (especially Sedici).

ive spent a few thousand dollars here it feels like, and just recently had two problems. one with a scratched visor, and then one with an HID kit I had bought. and they had absolutely no problem, ordering me another one on the spot at no extra cost. Friendly people, excellent customer service.

I drove from an hour and 20 mins to come check this place out. Im glad I made the trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and to make things better, the prices here are great. They had alot of good sales going on. I will definitely stop by again whenever Im in Columbia.

Good selection of merchandise displayed very neatly. Clean, well-lit store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good place to have tires installed - fast and affordable, whether you buy the tires from them or not (slightly higher charge if you dont buy from them, but still fair.)
