I dropped my Go kart here to be fixed one friday afternoon. The mechanic and i went over everything that needed to be done. He would contact me on monday.One week later, i had heard nothing. When i called to check on status, they were unaware of the fact they had my Go kart. I mentioned I had dropped it off with two employees and had gone over everything needing to be done, with the mechanic. I had to literally convince them they had my go kart. I was informed, that the mechanic had been let go, by GARY, the owner. I asked Gary, if he knew anything about my Go kart, He did not. I asked him he he knew ANYTHING about why i brought it in, he did not and said his new mechanic hadnt looked at it yet. I explained that i had already gone over what needed to happen with the mechanic. Gary then got belligerent with me about not wanting to talk about WILL, the mechanic that he had fired. I didnt care who it was, i was just concerned that the shop didnt know they had it, nor why it was there, nor how much i was willing to spend to fix it. They knew nothing. Imagine if an auto mechanic did that with your CAR? When I asked him the simple question, that i had provided to the mechanic. "What is my CAP price that I will allow to be spent on it".- He claimed i was baiting him into "something" and thus REFUSED to work on my go kart. I tried reasoning with him, stating, listen, I am your customer, and not only did you not know you had my go kart, but you dont know anything about it, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK???? HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO ROLL IT OUT TO THE CURB. That was not professional, and if he had rolled it out, I would have called the cops. Do not visit this shop.

Mr. Scott, I am very disappointed with your business and how you treat your customers. When I brought my scooter to you on Friday, we discussed the trouble shooting that I had already done and the parts that I had replaced. I brought the scooter to you because I believed you were the experts and I needed the scooter fixed. You said you would look at the scooter by Saturday, but when I called you on Monday your mechanic Steve, said it was too hot that day to look at it. On Tuesday, someone from your shop called and said the scooter was ready to be picked up. You said the scooter was running. But when I tried to start the scooter after I got home, it would not run. Based on subsequent conversations with you, I found out that you only got the scooter to run by spraying starter fluid into the intake. That Sir, does not mean the scooter runs. You also claimed that there was no fuel in the gas tank. Thats not true, I put over half a tank of gas in the scooter prior to bringing it up to you. You also claimed that I only asked you to figure out why the scooter didnt have spark, thats not true. We discussed what I had found out when I tried to trouble shoot it, and I found out that it didnt have any spark. I didnt ask you to figure out what I already knew. I needed the scooter fixed. When I called you about the scooter not running you told me that you only charged me for 45min of labor. Am I supposed to be happy that you only charged for 45min of labor to NOT fix the problem? We counted on you as an experienced mechanic to diagnose the reason why the scooter did not run, apparently that was too much to ask.

We had been trying to find a place in Florida to order two E-Bikes through. We knew we could order them direct from the company (X-treme) for $849 but the cheapest any dealer in Florida, that wed found, would order them for us was $999. That was the Electric Vehicle Mall in Tampa. Not being familiar with these bikes made us hesitant to order direct and assemble them ourselves. I contacted several other listed dealers and only Scott at Florida Scooter Sales contacted us back and said that hed order them, assemble them, and check them out for us for the $849 that X-treme lists them at. We placed the order with Scott and the bikes were ready in just over a week. Everyone at Florida Scooter Sales were extremely helpful and it was a very good experience. I have to say, a 100 mile drive to save $300, not to mention having the bikes professionally checked out and assembled, was well worth it. We plan on recommending this company to anyone who asks about our new bikes.

I am highly disgusted with this place. I took my child four wheeler to get an oil change. And few days later I checked to see if it was done. Come to find out the four wheeler was not working they messed up some wires and didnt even bother to call me to say they broke it!! And it wouldnt be done in time for Christmas So I order a part trying to desperately to get if fixed in time for Christmas. I take the piece to him and day later he says its ready. He charged me 2hours for labor to fix something he broke. And storage fee that he took his time on. I ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money 250.00 for an oil change he got over on me and there was nothing I can do about it. I would not be back or recommend anyone to go to these people they should be ashamed.

This place is terrible. I lament that I went there for my scooter repair. They did not correct the problem that I had, but made it worse. I barely made it home, since my scooter was in such a terrible working condition, because of which, I was afraid of being stopped or getting into an accident. They then took my scooter for a second repair and did not fix the problem again. Do not waste your money and time with them because they do not care at all.

Me and my friend had work done to our scooter it broke down 3 Time after picking it up here and had to have it tow back to them at our costs they do have good price on labor sometimes stuff happens we should not have had to paying towing back

These guys are great. I will only do business with them, even if I found a lower price elsewhere. These guys have been good to me.
