Today was the worst there. Ive asked them previously to turn the volume down on the mostly disco selection of music blasting in the back clothing area where I shop. That was honored the last few times I was in. I requested it today, but it wasnt lowered. Im shopping. Im there to give them my money. I want to feel relaxed, not like wanting to run out of there ASAP. I like music, but loud disco type, I hated when I was 15 and for all the decades since. Any music too loud is a sensory assault for me. When I mentioned it again at the register when asked how my days going, the cashier basically ignored my comment on this. Perhaps they know me know as the b*tch who complains about the music. I go to this Goodwill because its well lit, and smaller which I prefer, and I find a few good items there. There is the issue though that many of the racks are crammed so tightly with clothing that its impossible to browse through them. I get the impression that revenue for the Job Training program has taken over all other business policy, including customer satisfaction.

I used to shop at this Goodwill a few years ago when the prices were some-what reasonable. Now, theyre so ridiculously outrageous, it just makes me mad. The employees are english-speaking challenged. The worst experience (among many), I had found a shirt that was a wal-mart brand (White Stag), and the price on the Goodwill tag said $34.00. Thinking this was a simple error, I took it up to the check-out clerk and asked her if the price was wrong. In very broken english she rudly told me that all "Designer" clothing had special prices. I left the shirt on the counter and left, vowing (out-loud) that I would never patronize that store again. This store really leaves a lot to be desired. I highly recommend shopping at any other thrift store OTHER than the Tukwila Goodwill.

Was looking for a toaster oven and had already been to 3 other thrift stores that afternoon and the only thing I had seen was a very cheaply made, small, used no-name toaster oven in another store for $29.99. I passed on that and was thrilled when I arrived at the Tukwila Goodwill to find a nice selection of quality used kitchen appliances, at least 3 times as many items to choose from than any of the stores I visited previously. I purchased an almost brand new DeLonghi convection/rotisserie toaster oven for $19.99. I later looked for the user manual online and found that this oven sold at a retail price of around $379 five years ago. Nicely done, Tukwila Goodwill!

Store clerks are simply rude or short with answers when asked a question. In particular a Indian decent supervisor or manager. I noticed her running after few customer and checking out they cart, first I did not think anything of it till she did it to me as well. Then I realized, she is checking if someone is stealing things. It made me very uncomfortable and upset. For cry out loud, there are cameras everywhere, who would even consider to steal something? Advise to upper management, please train your staff in that particular store to have a little bit more respect and appreciation for the customers. After all, they have their job because of us.

Goodwill used to be cheap now theyre expensive , but you can find some good stuff there I just wish their prices can drop a notch. After choosing what you want you hope to get out the store quickly but the cashiers take a while. While me and my family was waiting in line the cashier was joking with a customer and they were just sitting there talking for over 3 minutes. It took her 3 minutes or more to call in a backup because she want to talk to a customer. I will return to the store but they need to work on their customer service

I was buying the mug it was white I didnt see that it said Starbucks by the handle anything not mark is $0.49 I believe and they wanted me to pay 599 because it said Starbucks makes me mad that things are given to them and then they want to charge so much money I understand that they are trying to help people but most people who go to Goodwill cant afford the regular stores and are trying to find a good deal so its actually only helping half the poor people very sad and some of the ladies there are very rude

One of my favorite Goodwill stores. This store always has a deal to be found. On todays trip I scored a like new Coach bag for $6.99! If you have kids this is the place to find clothes. Shop on Friday and get half off the color tag of the day. I would walk out with a whole bag of cloths for under fifty dollars. Almost hate to share what a great store this is because its crazy busy on the weekends. So lets keep it our secret ok?

I like this one the most of the local GW I have been to. Not because it has nicer clothing, especially compared to say The Highlands or Seattle stores, but because it has a dedicated plus size section. It is so freaking hard to find anything plus size in all the other stores and this one had me buying $100+ worth of new clothing in one trip. Thank you so much for the up coming Fall season wardrobe!

Nice store ...love it unfortunately the manager (the lady Indian descendant ) she is very rude and make you felt uncomfortable. It seems she hate her job I cannot understand how goodwill have keep her for so many years until now. I think she should send to work in another area where she does not have to deal with customers.

Love this Goodwill! Good electronics selection. I have to say though, their CEO is ruining it for everyone with "Fair market pricing". Hes even closing the outlets at 5PM on Saturdays now (which means it all goes into the landfill), just so people will have to go spend more at a Goodwill store like this one!

Stopped here while visiting from Arizona. I worked for Goodwill in AZ for 5 years, so it was interesting to see how an out of state Goodwill looks. The store was clean and neatly organized. Employees were friendly. Didnt find what I was looking for, but thats how Goodwill works.

Its good =) good prices but better variety of clothes, very fancy stuff! 200$ clothing for fifteen bucks, banana republic and various Nordstrom brand. Thats the main reason I like it, plus the people are nice and they try their hardest even if there is a language border

Bad service was waiting in line for over 20 minutes then when It was my turn the Mexican women (employee) let a man go infront of me and when I told her I had been in line for 20 minutes she just shrugged her shoulders, she is very rude! I will not be returning!
