A Private User

This store lacks customer services. I will never shop there again. The lady that was working the counter had sold me a "new" copy of Halo 3. As Im Leaving the store I decide to take a look at the "new" copy. There was no game inside. I walk back in and ask for her to put in a copy. She pulls it out of somewhere and places it in. I go home and try to see if the game works. No the the Xbox 360 said to insert a 360 game or a DVD. So I drove back in about 15 mins and asked why my copy dose not work.I told them I wanted my money back for a game that was "new" and didnt even work. The manager walks in from outside talking on the phone and tells me to stop calling his employees lairs. The lady claimed that she checked the copy and it was new. Then the manager claims that I had scratched up the game in 15 mins. After a long argument with the manager who was a complete jerk, I was told to get "the HELL out of his store." I left to find some where the copy was actually new. It seems Gamestop could care less about power to the Players.

Great Store! Went to the midnight launch for Diablo 3 and had a blast. The store manager was engaging and the other employee was helpful when asking about games coming out on future dates. When midnight hit, with 30+ people in line, they had the whole thing cleared and done before 12:03. Definitely the place to go for a midnight launch.
