If I could choose a negative star rating, I would. This store single handedly ruined my day, poor customer service, broken equipment, took 10 minutes to answer my call and was disconnected by somebody who couldnt figure out how to transfer the call. The order the messed up impacted our customers and will never, ever use Staples and certainly this location again.

I like the prices when things are on sale. But was totally disgusted today when I used the ladies bathroom. Looked like a war zone. And the manager was not receptive to cleaning it

Issaquah has many options for office supplies. Staples has great staff, lots of specials, works with the schools for shopping lists and makes it easy to get in and out.

This store is now closed. It shut down mid-January and there is no longer a Staples retailer in Issaquah.
