OK So

I called four different places and each one said: oh, if you want your data back, then itll cost at least a hundred dollars, and itll take a few days, you know, its got to wait in line. I knew that was BS - my crashed harddrive shouldnt take more than a few hours to be fixed, and as for the hundred bucks - its really not that hard to use a harddrive adapter kit to transfer the data. I knew that I was getting ripped off because thats what tech places do! They know you dont know anything, and so they take your broken down laptop which has your precious precious data and they say whatever they want to say, and charge whatever they want to charge. But not UC Electronics. 59 dollars, flat. And same day service - I literally got my laptop back after three hours. What more, my data was back. Ive never been more satisfied. Not only were they cheaper, they did the job faster, and probably better too. Some of the other places I called kept telling me that _maybe_ theyd be able to get my data off, and if it was hard, they would have to charge me more. Not UC Electronics. If you want a place that wont rip you off, that will treat you with respect even if you dont know much about technology, UC Electronics is the place to go. They wont scam you, and they will get the job done.

This place saved my life! My old Verizon LG phone went dead, inside charger battery really damaged. I needed all my numbers off this phone! I bought a new upgrade iphone but couldnt transfer numbers over. Verizon specialists who are also getting 5 stars from me tried, everything they could think of to get the phone to work, but to no avail. They recommended UC Electronics. I went there, left my phone, they said they would try. Well it worked, they got the phone charged up some how and I was able to get the numbers off it. Many thanks, guys, you deserve 5 stars!!!

I needed a projector to show photographs at a friends memorial. The price at UC Electronics was reasonable (much less than what the hotel would have charged us) and the equipment perfect for my needs. The event was on a Saturday and I only paid for one days rental, but UC Electronics let me pick up the projector a day early and return it on Monday, with no extra charge.The owner was more than helpful in accommodating my tight schedule; he even came in early so that I could return the projector when I had misunderstood the stores hours.

I am a law student who has broken my computers multiple times and always forget to back up my data. This store has always recovered my data quickly (within a day) for a reasonable price. They also are very friendly and call during the process to up date me on how it goes. Highly recommended!
