This store has the poorest customer service of ANY grocery rip off store anywhere in the US. The managers INTENTIONALLY TELL THEIR CASHIERS TO SCREW OVER CUSTOMERS. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT. They will screw you on coupon use ANY CHANCE THEY GET EVEN if it means LYING TO YOU-- the customer. FACT. All the prices are ridiculously higher than anywhere else yet they cant afford to open more than 1 register at a time, while having 5 d-bag managers standing around with their thumbs up their *****. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND IT WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS LIKE IT DESERVES. This chain (HAC) wont be here for much longer since they did file a bankruptcy recently.

Good place to stop for groceries at anytime. Very clean and well kept. Occasionally product is not properly rotated or disposed of but not often. Meat selection is a little lacking, but overall, it fulfills its need. 24 hour operating hours. Cashiers are always very nice. Still a favorite for quick stops and lunch breaks.

I really like this store. The staff is friendly and they always know where everything is at. The meat center is very friendly. The produce is fresh. It is a clean store. The pharmacy doesnt take my insurance but they are helpful with my OTC products. This store has a large selection of products that you cant find at walmart.

Homeland offers delivery service. I called from Houston to get liquids and flu medicine for my son living alone and attending OU. He was too ill to go out and Homeland took my order and delivered it to him. They couldnt have been nicer and whenever I am visiting Norman, I will def shop here! Thanks a bunch!!

They are employee owned. They have also reduced their prices to compete with a big store that set up across the street. Their specials are excellent. I bought a butcher shop custom cut T-bone on special for only $7.99 / #. Across the street the same was offered for over $19 / #.

Homeland has a mixed Variety of inexpensive healthy and unhealthy food. Also they got a customer service desk so if your receipt ever gets messed up or if you would like to make exchanges on items , then theyll be there to help you out.

Slow cashiers and when you self checkout no one is there to help you when software malfunctions....every single FREAKING time!! I like the delivery, meat can be good. But watch the dates on everything I have found lots of expired items.

I was on Vacation seeing relatives in Oklahoma, Im from California. I shopped at this store several times in my weeks stay and found it to be very clean, greatly priced and had nice helpful employees

Nice Homeland. Good selection, there are a couple of good sale bins, nice deli and bakery. Staff are helpful and seem to have fun with their jobs mostly. Parking lot can have some characters in it.

Fantastic service especially at the meat market. What I love about homeland is its not walmart or target sized but the selection is fantastic and you cant beat their gas card.
