My girlfriend was sickened by the strong stench of cigarette smoke that was coming from the bouquet this flower shop delivered for Valentines Day. I will never suggest this place to anyone because why would anyone else want to sit around on Valentines Eve and watch their girlfrind cry because the one and only gift that I could afford to send to her was RUINED because of a careless flower shop? AVOID THIS FLOWER SHOP! They wouldnt even entertain the idea of replacing the bouquet that wound up on the patio in the snow so that it wouldnt stink up the whole house! I thought roses were supposed to smell good?

Shaboo is HORRIBLE! Do not use this florist. I joined Google+ so I could share my experience from last year: this florist is HORRIBLE. THE FLOWERS WERE OLD WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I called and got nothing but bad attitude from Shaboo. They did NOT replace the old flowers with fresh ones. Please do yourself a favor and find a different florist. Shaboo does not deserve your business.

my husband ordered me flowers through FTD and paid a lot for them. What I got was no where near what he paid for so FTD was called and upon re-delivery still not what was ordered and the delivery man had the gall to say well you get duped when you order online REALLY!!!! sounds like this florist just wants to deliver small arrangements and get the big payment for them. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered flowers from them for my girlfriend and when they were delivered they REEKED of cigarette smoke!!! I called and asked to have this situation fixed and they just gave me the run around and blamed it on the driver who they said didnt work for them?!?!? They refused to replace the stinky flowers. DO NOT order from here!!!!

We needed centerpieces for our office function and they delivered arrangements that exceeded our expectations. Just beautiful! We will definitely use this shop again and highly recommend their custom designs. Thank you Shaboo!!

Walked in and they refused to help us unless we had an appointment. But no one was there... And they wouldnt even answer a simple question of what flowers would be available this fall. So rude and unhelpful.
