My Dog just recently flew out here and I needed to get to a Pet Store to start buying everything I need to take proper care of her. I started at Petsmart (Because I live right behind one) but I was so underwhelmed by their selections and not one employee there felt the need to help us. So I went to this Petco right after and didnt regret it! I was greeted instantly at the door by a young guy, didnt catch his name, and while in an aisle Tillie came up and asked if I needed any help. She was very nice and knowledgeable of everything in the store! She helped me find a good food for my dog, which is good because I actually care to feed her correctly. She loves the food Tillie Recommended! Tillie also gave me a book of coupons for the store on all the important things Im going to need so that was a HUGE help! Im very impressed with this store, its very clean and the employees are very nice! I will be doing all of my shopping here from now on! Thanks again Tillie! If a yelp page ever shows up for this new store, Ill be more than happy to give a good rating on there as well!

I had my Maltese, Roxy groomed there yesterday. The staff were so sweet to her and her cut was exactly tailored to her and what I asked for. I then encountered a very friendly and happy man in the store who was very helpful and directed me to the cat flea treatment and gave me helpful advice about why NOT to buy a flea collar and why I should buy the liquid instead...overall, excellent experience. Go visit the grooming shop and dont forget to tip. The staff did not in any way ask for a tip, its all up to you.

We take our Yorkie to Petco on a constant basis. She used to be a tiny hellion but weve been taking the dog training classes. The training instructor (Paige) has basically performed a miracle in training our Yorkie. She started out in class as the worst dog. We can and do take her everywhere and she is extremely well trained all thanks to Paige... Thank you Paige & thank you Petco, for hiring such a professional and wonderful employee.

Clean store with an extra helpful staff. The grooming team was gentle with my puppy and even got her to like getting her teeth brushed. The trainer is phenomenal. Shes also the nutritionist and taught us so much about what we should be feeding our dog. Love this neighborhood store!

We take my cat Dinah here and she sees Dr. Beverly. Dr. Beverly is great! She has a great bedside manner with my cranky cat, and remembers her very well even though she sees her only a few times a year. The test of the staff is great as well. I highly recommend this office.

Has smelled like dirty cat box for over a week. How is that acceptable? Or healthy for anything or anyone in there. Its awful. Something needs to be done asap. Customer service is also rather lacking every other time Ive been in there.

I had my chocolate lab groomed here. The staff did amazing with her, her shave was the perfect length and they recommended extras (but werent pushy) that were specialized to her. Definitely will be back :)

The service here was terrible. Went to buy a pet for my son. And it took over an hour just to get assistance then took another 30-40 minutes more to get the pet. I will not be going here again.

Super clean store and wonderful employees. Only complaint is that they do not keep shelves continually stocked on SOME items. This could be due lag in shipments. Otherwise, a great store!!!

Polite customer service. They have cherry shrimp for aquariums half the price of other retailers. Not a huge selection of products for aquatic needs but still a great option.
