My experience was horrible I wish I would have looked at and listened to other reviews. I took in an ATV to be fixed and serviced. I was told it would be a couple of days before they could get to it. I gave it a week and a half and called and was told they would have it done by the end of the week. I gave it another week still never once heard anything from them so I dropped by it was parked in same place out back sitting in the weather. I went in and asked about it and was told they would get to it with in the week for sure. I gave it another week now just over a month so this time I went up there with my trailer and just picked it up. The owner or manager came out of their office to apologize or anything. The only thing the ATV needed was a 1hr carburetor job and 30 min service. I usually dont put in reviews but just hate to see others end up having the same thing happen to them. Maybe they should just stick to sales and close the shop or hire extra help if they are really that busy.
