Your pharmacy staff is outstanding. Your cashiers are very helpful and curteous as well as customers service. Ive yet to meet anyone from those stocking shelves, returning carts ... who have done so Without a smiling face and helpful attitude. You do need to improve on keeping your lines open when it gets very crowded, esp. Fri., Sat., Sun and on those days having fast efficient baggers. It is extremely annoying to have ultra crowded lines with open lines without checkers, baggers and lines for self check out having lines. It would be helpful to have a bench or two at the deli for those of us for who walking the length of the store is exhausting. Your customer service is always helpful and a smooth process. Your deli is great with the exception of one employee (an older woman) with an attutude (sorry do not have name). Finally, I been asking you to order since January: Melatonin Subligual 10 mg I still have the raincheck! Ive asked the department head, customer service 3 times, everone else who appeared connected to the Health & Beauty/vitamins department. Can you look into this, please? Thank you. In any event keep up the good work. You have come a long way and I am of all of you!! Have a happy day!

The bakery staff is rude and non-verbal in their communication with customers. Two women at the bakery counter ignored me while having a personal conversation. I allowed them a few minutes but soon realized they were not going to assist me unless I interrupted their conversation. The deli counter was not much better. The young man at the deli counter just stared at me until I asked for an item. He never bothered to greet me or ask "How can I help you?" Very poor customer service and obviously poorly trained staff.

Good Value Clean store, good selection. I appreciate the selection and prices. I work nearby and frequently use the salad bar. It needs help with the entry way / cafe area and the seating, but otherwise, its easy to do my weekly shopping here. One caveat, I think the Giant store on Chemical Rd nearby has a better vegetable / fruit (produce) section. Summary: Basic, canned and fresh goods that I repeatedly buy.

This giant is clean and well stocked but average overall. Theyre a bit overpriced on their produce because of how average (or sometimes below average) their produce is. But theyre open 24/7! And their deals are sometimes great if you catch them. I always make my late night (emergency) runs here. Its well lit and quiet.

Generally good shopping experience. They have a very good organic section although you need to make sure you check dates on them as they dont seem to turn over as often as the normal items. Have only had to return something once due to expiration in several years. Used to have a coffee shop but is now closed.

Its a larger store than those in the area and the variety is good. From organic fruits and vegetables to floral and bakery, it offers all that the higher price stores offer. Just shop carefully and youll save money here. Im always happy with my purchases.

They are under remodel to add alcohol and I get that. But they should have better signage as things are moved. I walked the store three times to find laundry detergent. Very frustrating! And I was not alone in those sentiments

The young staff on this Sunday were just outstanding. Smiles, polite....just great kids. I wax very impressed. Whoever is training, keep up the great work. I always find bargains, but customer service, thats a big draw!

The aisles are well laid out with a tremendous variety. They have their own healthy/organic store brand "Natures Promise" which is high quality. They also have a 2 aisles that have all organic and gluten-free items.

Pretty good selection on various items. Some good deals. There is a Citizens Bank and a brand new beer and wine cafe. Sadly the coffee shop inside is closed.
