I brought my snowboard in to have it tuned (waxed & edges sharped). Ive been tuning my board since I was 14yo but wanted it done because I didnt have time and dont have any supplies at the moment. I dropped the board off on Tuesday to pick it up on Friday. Paid $40.00 and noticed that nothing was done. The manager attempted to tell me it had been tuned. The boards edges were still rusty and the scrapes from a rock were still present. The "manager" saw that I wasnt happy and said theyd "tune" it again. I came back after another week and the edges look as though they ran them once. The board was still not waxed and scrapped. WORST "TUNE" EVER! I will never take any of my equipment to them again and I will make sure ALL my winter sport enthusiast friends know what a terrible and dishonest shop they are running.

This shop has dealt with me dishonestly regarding racquet stringing twice. Once last year they put on a different (and cheaper) string than I asked for and didnt tell me. When I went back to complain the staff member initially denied it and then just apologized. Recently I went in for a restring and asked for a new overgrip, and the staff member just took off my old overgrip and gave the racquet back to me with the bare stock grip, but charged me for a pack of grips. I wont go there again, despite how much I like the shop. Dishonest.

Over the last 4 years I have bought all my sons tennis apparel, racquets, and shoes here. However, I doubt I return again. The last two times have not been good in terms of customer service and availability of stock. My last visit was on January 14, 2017. There was only one other customer in the store and 5 sales associates. Not one person offered to help us. i had to walk to the counter and ask for help. Instead of walking with me to the shoes, they said all shoes were out. Not good! I wont be back.

I went in Saturday right at closing time to look at a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. The Staff was very knowledgeable about the Costa Del Mars and helpful, which is not always the case at other places. They actually showed me a pair that I liked better than the pair I was looking for. I actually bought those glasses and I am very glad I did because I absolutely love them.

Been coming to the shop since I was in middle school, always super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and if they didnt have it they always found a way to get it for me. Always my first stop for snowboarding or wakeboarding needs. Great selection of Patagonia clothes and gear as well
