Just needed wiper blades and installation -- they offered to install them free after purchase, which was nice. The cute sales associate (I believe her name was Rose?) didnt make me feel at all shamed for not knowing what I was doing, she helped me choose a pair within my budget and while she installed one blade, she let me watch and even taught me how to do the other one. Lovely woman, super friendly and helpful, and definitely knows what shes doing. Thanks!

I took my car to get some check engine lights checked out. As it turned out, my serpentine belt had broken. The technician that helped me, Mike, was incredibly helpful. He explained the entire situation to me, charged my battery, and told me what I needed to do. If I ever have car trouble, or know anyone else who does, I will highly recommend Auto Zone in Bel Air to get their questions answered.
