Pros - cheaper than autozone (with a catch) and if they dont have a part in stock they can usually get it the next day. Cons - Dont ever buy parts in store without ordering online and selecting in store pickup. They intentionally overprice everything and theres always and I mean ALWAYS an online coupon for 20-30% off ONLINE. Cons - Some of the guys are knowledgeable, others not so much, and are generally unprofessional. Their inventory system always seems to be off. Multiple times Ive ordered parts online, only to get to the store and have them unable to find it. To Advance - Stop overpricing all your inventory and offer the prices at what you can get them for with your coupons. People will respect you for being upfront and would be more likely to purchase from you over competitors. PS. If you can wait a couple days for a part, use RockAuto. Absolute cheapest parts by far and massive selection.

Great guys working in there. Only complaint would be the waiting times. You call in to check availability on a part, sit on hold for 15 minutes. Get frustrated and just drive down to talk to them in person, stand in line for 15 minutes. I need a $1.99 gasket which I have the part number for...come on.

I waited why 3 people did nothing and couldnt be bothered to help me. Then the guy that did cursed several times like we where buddys and sitting at the bar. Unprofessional. Was really disappointed being a customer for years. There are other places to get my parts

Fast prompt service. Good friendly parts counter. They matched my 20% online discount. Sunday hrs posted as open til 7 but they were closed at 6.
