(MUST READ!) If I could give this place negative starz I would. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! Last year I made a down payment of $2500 on a 2003 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, with $300 monthly payments. When I first got the car the lights and blinkers didnt work which wasnt a big deal, Manuel said he would get it fixed. Within the first week of having the car it was Misfiring, it was very dangerous to drive. I had it towed back to Top notch Auto since I had a one month warrenty. They promised to get it fixed within 4-7 days. After a week had passed, I would call about my car because they never kept me informed. Everytime I called, there was always some excuse, they would tell me their mechanic was out of town. Manuel would tell me to call Jason, and Jason would tell me to call Manuel , basically to keep me jumping back and forth so they wouldnt have to deal with me, it got to the point where they wouldnt answer my calls and even send my calls straight to voicemail. It had been over 3 weeks and I was very upset and frustruated. I finally told Jason That it seemed as if they were not even fixing my car and just holding it until my warrenty was up, Jason hung up on me during this conversation, I called Manuel and he hung up on me as well. Right before my warrenty was up and my next payment was due, I was able to get in contact with them again , where they apoligized for the inconvenience and and gave gave me another 2 weeks of warrenty , they also swore to me the car was fixed and in great condition. I Went to go pick up my car from Manuel on the Monterey Rd location , Manuel was nice and friendly (I was being played). I gave my $300 monthly payment and drove off. As soon as I got on the freeway the car was misfiring again I pulled off and called Manuel. I came to the conclusion where I had been played and burned for my money. I brought the car back and asked for a refund which became an argument. Manuel asked me multiple times to keep the car and that he would get it fixed I refused, and i only got $500 back, i was robbed. Manuel told me he would take care of all the paperwork and send it into the dmv. Here I am over a year later getting letters in the mail saying Im past due and owe over $700 in tickets for that car. On the past due letters It shows the date and time of each ticket which is obviously after I refunded the car. The letter says that the tickets were for parking on the sidewalk and multiple times , as if on purpose. Till this day I am calling them and getting no answer! I really advise everyone not to get a car through top notch Auto at all! Especially if you are in desperate need or only get approved here since they do bad credit, Trust me it will only make things worst!

Here based on my experience with this company after having such High faith in their honesty to still consider buying after the vehicle in question wouldnt start and was slammed deep within such a jam packed tight lot of dusty long sitting vehicles leads me to be left with only this impression put into terms of a review boldly left without reconsideration. With Such Very bad Attitude toward negotiating a mutal terms of sales agreement with in reason based on the current live market asking price. Has no interest or intention to appease all parties included in the transaction. held to blue book value grounds without the professionalism to come to terms on a cash in hand purchase. With no regards to want to satisfy an eager to buy serious customer. Only to be disrespected with such an awful counter offer I felt like I had been spat in the face why would I even want to continue to spend my thousands here. While their sales dept (stands without a team effort) to ask questions but rather go without knowing within the criteria of seriousnes of which the buyer even stands before they are ready to hang up the negotiation (abandoning clear initiative to do their Job at standard) to what seems to leave an impression of a company employeed with child like socialites whom which would rather no do business as if are only with Job "pretending" to be professionals at best. Ha I certainly wish these individuals the very best. Thank you for making up my mind on where I will pick up my vehicle.
