Thanks and gratefulness to Craig, Casey and Al at Cal Auto Outlet4Cars for the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. My daughter had been saving and looking for a truck for years and although Rio Linda is quite a distance from our home shed found a truck on the OutLet4Cars site that seemed to be exactly what she was looking for. The actual purchase experience with Craig was stress free and he was incredibly helpful to first time truck buyers. Im a Mom that tried to do her homework on trucks and Craig faced a lot of questions from me and my twin daughters as we were very nervous to make a great purchase. Casey and Al we cannot thank you enough for the incredible customer service. You have 3 fans for years to come. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and more importantly a dealership interested in long term customer relationships and ongoing future business.

SCAM! I called and they said the car was onsite, got there and sale rep said they dont have the car. WTH? Called back 2 hrs later and the car was there. during purchasing the car I asked " what about warranty on the car?" they said NO warranty at all. Sure enough 8 hrs later, 5am, the check engine went on, i called and a different rep answer, he said im F**K because i did not buy the warranty they offer. WTF?!?! i was told there was NONE, and since i signed the contract, im screw. what kind of business is this? I should of known, the clock was off and they took the car to resent the check engine light. BBB has a negative rating, they deserve to treat people right, we are all the same. BEWARE!!!!

Wow!! This has got to be the best kept secret in Northern California.. High Quality Cars at very affordable prices.. IF I HAD ONLY KNOWN. I will never go back to traditional dealer ever again.. I just bought a very clean car and I search everywhere within a 200 miles radius of Sacramento for the best price and the lowest mileage car...I found it and then some. Craig the salesperson was so helpful to me I got finance and very low rate.. I drove home with my new car and I am so happy I did not buy it from the mega car lot in Elk Grove... CAL AUTO Outlet4Cars is the first place you should look for a car and I bet you will not find any dealership with better price and customer service.

Im looking to buy either a car or a truck for my roofing business I was driving home from work I saw their cars outside and decided to stop I saw very nice selection on their lot that I like, I saw them asking other people if they need help but nobody came to ask offer me help, maybe the way I was dressed (in work clothes) they have nice selection but not salesman, it feels like they just ignored you because the way you dress, probably next time Ill dress up better if I ever come back already waste too much time writing this if I were you Id take your business where youre not ignored or judge by the way you dress

Friendly service. The prices are OK - not the best. The worst part is they put the cheapest tires they can find on their vehicles. They look good at first with plenty of tread, but will separate after a couple of months and you will have to replace them. We have purchased two vehicles from here and this happened to both - so be prepared to put out another $300-600 after buying your car for good tires. My "tire guy" laughed and said these are the "poster-child" for cheap tires.

Purchased my nissan altima from here back in feburary. Great service, left with my vehicle within 24 hours. Everything explained very well. Today, my nissan was towed back to their shop after breaking down at which time i was provided with prompt service and all my question were addressed over the phone and my vehicles drop off information was pre-put in making drop off very quick and hassel free. This was the best time Ive ever had buying a car. And considering that I did it with a 4 year old and an 8 month old in tow, that says a lot. Craig was awesome. He wasnt pushy at all - just realistic, honest, and helpful. He has a great sense of humor to boot. Somehow he even kept the mood light even when the 4 year old spilled stuff. I havent bought a car from here but I probably will. Prices and all the car infor right on the window. I love that. I cant stand it when I have to have a sales person stand right next to me and tell me the mileage, option and so on. They put a bunch of info out there, cars are unlocked and the keys are on the window. Perfect!. Its in the middle of no where but the cars are clean and seemed to be priced low.

A friend recommended Cal Auto Outlet4Cars and I stopped by to check out their inventory. I thought they had a great selection of cars, the lot was clean, and the sales team was great. It was nice to be given space to roam around without having the pressure of a salesman breathing down my neck. I found Jag to be extremely helpful and I ended up buying my son a car. I will definitively recommend Cal to my friends.

I just received my license and one of the first places I stopped and looked was Outlet 4 Cars. Of course for my first car I wanted to buy used, unfortunately I wasnt quite ready to buy.
