This is just based off the phone interaction I had with the business. I had called about four other floral shops before I contacted this one looking for a floral arrangement with kale, and none of them were helpful in that avenue. This was a little surprising because I would think more people in West Texas would be interested in rustic floral styles. Quinn answered, and she was immensely helpful. Instead of cutting me off like those at the other businesses I was calling, she immediately offered suggestions and asked me about the occasion for the floral arrangement. Just from the customer service side, I was very satisfied, and cant wait to see what they put together.

BEST FLOWER SHOP IN LUBBOCK!! Will never use anyone else. Not only was the customer service GREAT, but the flowers are BEAUTIFUL! I called in to find out what the "deal of the day" was, and not only did she tell me exactly what it was, but also offered to send me a pic to my email or via text. After keeping her on the phone while I looked at their website, I found another arrangement I liked better and ending up "upgrading." I ordered after 1 on a Friday, and it was delivered around 3 pm. Youve earned a customer for life!!

Ordered flowers for my wife for our 1 year anniversery. Called her at 4:45 to see if she got them, she said no. Called Fig and Flower, I was told that the delivery guy went to her work and nobody knew who she was. Instead of calling me he just left. He said he could deliver them tomorrow and I told him that tomorrow isnt our anniversery.
