I AM IN THE MILITARY , AND I WAS TAUGHT TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE "CALL OF DUTY"..EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS DOES NOT FEEL THE SAME ABOUT THEIR HARDWORKING CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND MONEY AND HELP PAY THESE EMPLOYEES SALARIES!!! ...THE LOCATION AT NEW CENTER POINT...IS RAN BY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES...NOT ONLY WAS MY WIFES ARRANGEMENT TRASHED!!(MELTED AND IN SHAMBLES)...I ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY...WHICH THEY GLADLY IGNORED AND DROPPED OFF 2 AND A HALF HRS...EARLIER THAN WE AGREED UPON......The manager (NESSA AND STAFF)...WERE VERY RUDE AND OFFERED NO SOLUTION...TO MY SITUTATION..I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER..AND SHE "REPLIED "...SHE CANT GIVE OUT THAT INFO/OR PASS MY INFO TO OWNER...SO HOW DO I COMPLAIN ABOUT HER PERFORMANCE....IF SHE HAS NO ONE TO ANSWER TOO...I GUESS ITS FREE REIGN FOR HER TO DO AS SHE PLEASES!!!....AS A SOLIDER WE ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR ACTIONS....WHO HOLDS "NESSA"..ACCOUNTABLE...RESPONSIBLE!!!!!????OBVIOUSLY NO ONE!!!..ITS VERY SAD...THIS LOCATION ISNT GOVERNED BY A OWNER WHO VALUES HIS COUSTOMERS OPINION/!!! I WILL NEVER ,NEVER,EVER,NEVER,NEVER...SUPPORT THIS LOCATIONAGAIN...I ASK MY FELLOW MILITARY BROTHERS AND SISTERS...TO JOIN ME IN A BOYCOTT..OF EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS(NEW CENTER POINT LOCATION)....ALL I WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY AND A EXPLANATION...ALL I RECIEVED WAS ATTITUDE... I THOUGHT THE MODEL IS "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"...NOT AT" EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS"..."DISREPECT"? IS THEIR CREED!!!...PLEASE I EMPLORE YOU TO RETHINK SPENDING MONEY AT THIS LOCATION....THANK YOU AND "I SWEAR ON THE "FLAG AND BIBLE"..I HAVE PRORECTED FOR 25YRS....THAT THIS REVEIW..IS 100% ACURRATE!!!!....... TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Visited this establishment last evening as I do very frequently only to not be able to purchase what I went in there for. When I asked the man to make me 4 pineapple pops he seemed irritated that I was asking for this. He also told me it would take at least an hour to do this!!??! AN HOUR?? to make 4 pineapple pops?? I would have been better off going to the store, buying pineapple, sticks and chocolate... going home and making them myself!! I believe he told me an hour in hopes that I would change my mind and he would get out of making them in which I did. It was 530 and I had just got off work and wanted to get home to my family. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time!! I frequent this store at least weekly but will no longer.

These guys are great! They have so many cute little arrangements! I just ordered a small one for my husbands birthday and he LOVED it. Im going to order a giant one for my table for Thanksgiving too! and it comes with these cute little ghost pineapples and chocolate black cats. Im so excited! Also, the staff is really friendly and they worked really hard to accommodate me with the things I wanted and helped me figure out what would work best with my budget. Plus, this store is SUPER clean so Im not afraid to order from there. You know you go into fast food places and they can be well, really gross.... this place was pretty much amazing. And they have samples too! I tried their chocolate covered bananas... oh my goodness they are my new favorite thing!

AMAZING!! I cant tell you how helpful this store was:) I completely forgot my mothers birthday and needed to send her something ASAP. Not only did they help me find the perfect arrangement for my mother (confetti fruit cupcake) but they got it to her that day within a couple hours! Hearing how stressed and upset I was about forgetting they also threw in a b-day balloon for FREE!! I will definitely be using them again. THANKS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR HELP.

I wanted to place an order for my son in the military who is in Georgia. I spoke with the person in charge there, (I forgot her name) and she told me since it was so far away, they didnt want to chance that they would send fruit that would become perishable. Well, my daughter who lives in Denver sent the same thing... I was lied to by this person for whatever reason. Very disappointing and I will not be going back to that location again.

Got there at 4:45 (closes at 7) and they said it was too late to order anything for that same day. Not because they were backed up with other orders (which would be understandable) but because they had already started cleaning everything up for the night... Two hours before close...
