Go anywhere else. Ordered Premium arrangement to be delivered to business where my wife works to brighten her day and they were sent to wrong address, rather than what was on the delivery address. Other address called my wife telling her to come pick up her flowers when she had no clue she had flowers. Spoiler. I talked with lady representing mariposa, four hours later, and she said oh we have so many orders that go there the morning driver thought thats where they went. Instead of correcting mistake they waited for afternoon driver to go and pick them back up to redeliver after wife was told she needed to pick up flowers. The request was to be delivered before 1, and the afternoon driver delivered 5 hours later. Also, representative in Mariposa didnt offer any kind of compensation, delivery fee reimbursed at a minimum, just said, "Sorry, but girls do like the anticipation of waiting for flowers." What are you thinking to say something like that. If i wanted my wife to wait in anticipation i would have told her i ordered her flowers. I wanted to surprise her and really have an impression on her day. Also found out after talking to wife, mariposa is getting cheaper with their supplies. They just put flowers in the foam stuff to hold in place and then the flowers do not last as long. They used to do good work and are now failing. Go anywhere else, pick them from the ditch before ordering here. I will never use, ever again. Definitely not worth what you are going to pay.

I live in SC and my sister was having emergency surgery in Greely, CO. I wanted her to have flowers in her room when she arrived back from recovery. I called them directly and spoke to a very nice woman. I gave her my the amount I could spend ($30) and my one request was they put some kind of blue flower or bow since her favorite color is blue. The florist made a GORGEOUS arrangement with blue flowers along with several other flowers and a beautiful blue bow. My sister loved them and they were over and above my expectations. They were also delivered very quickly to the hospital which was another concern of mine. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Mariposas!!

Was looking for a place to order some flowers to be delivered and came across this website, decided to look thru a few reviews and saw really great comments on this place! So I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend seeing as how we are both in the meantime in different states and she had a really big milestone at her place of education! So I ordered Telefloras Polka Dots and Posies. My girlfriend loves them! So thank you to all these positive comments and my girlfriend loving her arrangements I will in the future re order from here again! Highly recommend this place!

I must be the only one who has had a bad experience with this place. But I havent even received any flowers and I still will never shop here again. I tried ordering flowers online, I put in all of my info about 6 or 7 different times, because it keeps saying something isnt correct. It kept putting my billing zip code into the promotion box. Then told me that wasnt a promotion. I didnt even want to do the promotion, I just wanted my d*** flowers. No matter how many times I tried it, it was the same message. Ill go elsewhere for my flowers.

I used Mariposa last weekend. I was in my car and unable to look online to see what I was ordering. I told the lady on the phone what I was looking for and in what color. She assured me she would take care of it and she did. Not only were the flowers beautiful, they were delivered quickly, and the lady who delivered them was very exited about it. I LOVE THIS FLOWER SHOP. I have a florist in my town, and now I have one in Greeley. Use this shop they will not disappoint. ( also if pricing is a concern they are very reasonable!)

I ordered roses from Mariposa for my moms one year anniversary of her husbands passing. They gave me excellent same day service, and my mom said the dozen red roses were absolutely beautiful, and she couldnt wait to send me a picture of them, as I live in Omaha, Nebraska. Excellent service and product, and since I live in another state I could have been royally taken advantage of and wasnt. What more could a customer ask for. thanks

This morning I called the shop from Madison, Wi, realizing it was their busiest w/e of the flower year. My friends mother died and I wanted to send flowers. Danielle was so very helpful, and by 2pm this beautiful box, stuffed with wonderful colors, arrived at their house. I cant imagine this service any place else. They were thrilled with the flowers, and I am so grateful for Mariposas help. You are awesome!!!!

Ive tried using Mariposa twice now. Both times they have sent the wrong flowers. The first time I was warned due to limited stock. The second time I called and spoke to the very nice lady, who assured me the correct roses would be sent. To my dismay the wrong flowers were sent again. The quality is there, however the service is terrible, either deaf or color blind. I WILL NOT use Mariposa again.

Ive been a Mariposa customer for 25 years, and Ive never been disappointed! The quality of their products is outstanding, customer service 2nd to none. Now in their new location downtown, they are more convenient for me than ever, and are a superlative example of the "little flower shop on the corner". Plants, flowers, gifts...its a great place to go!

I ordered some flowers for my sister for mothers day. The arrangement was beautiful and they were able to deliver the next day. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were very nice and helpful. I would give 5 stars but they called my sister and told her they were delivering flowers from me. Not much of a surprise after that. Pretty disappointing.

Mariposa lives up to its name..."butterfly", The shop has a relaxed and almost delicate feeling to it. Staff is so friendly and can always answer plant and flower questions. Selections are always fresh, original and creative. I always buy here and send gifts from here!!

Best place ever!! I dont use anyone else now. I tell them if I would like a focal point (want a yellow rose in the center) they do the the rest. Flowers last a good amount of time as well. Great folks also!!!

Amazing arrangement! Flowers are fresh and on day six still look great! The flowers also smell wonderful! This was a great birthday arrangement. I would recommend this florist to EVERYONE!!!!!!
