I live in a different state and have ordered flowers from Country floral for about 10 years. Over the last couple years it has gone downhill. I knew the arrangement I ordered wouldnt look exactly like the photo on their website, but come on! Not even remotely close. I specifically asked if it was something they could do, and they said yes. But, it looked like they took a couple of flowers and threw in some fillers that didnt even go together. I even paid extra to have it deluxe (fuller). It was such a screw up; I cant believe someone let it leave the building. Sadly, this is not the first or even second time we have had to call and get a redo. The only positive is they picked up the mess right away and redid and redelivered it. The second arrangement was fuller and definitely better, but then each different flowe /filler was in its own seperate bunch, ugh. It still looked sloppy. I will try Basin Floral at Christmas and hopefully they will be better.

Total assholes. I bought my girlfriend a boquet for 80.00 dollar and when she received them they were NOWHERE close to being what was advertised. I called and complained so they said they would replace it. The replacement was half of what originally screwed up and looked even worse. My girlfriend took them back herself and when she did the manager came out and screamed at her and told her to get out and go somewhere else. I had my bank contest the transaction, hopefully I get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I get flowers here every year for my girlfriend and mom and they always loved them. Dont listen to these two chuckle heads. When you order flowers just tell them what you want to spend and give them some freedom to make it look banging. Only scrubs shop for flowers by picture. Boom getcha some.

By far the WORST customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Trying to get flowers for an event and the women I spoke with was an absolute witch. Cant believe how this town just puts up with this crap from businesss. They need a harsh reality check about what is appropriate customer service.

I received the How Sweet It Is bouquet, it is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received! It came to me on Tuesday,it is now Saturday and the flowers are still fresh. The roses are huge and opened well. It is well worth the money and the joy a beautiful arrangement brings is immeasurable!

Ive used them multiple times over the 10 years Ive been in Williston and theyve always come through with my needs. My wife and daughters have been happy with everything Ive got from them. Theyve helped me pick out specific types of flowers depending on the season/occasion.
