Oh, what can I say about Scot and his team at Steubers? The care and quality of their work is unparalleled. Scot knew exactly the kind of vision I was going for on our wedding day and he worked with me to make it absolutely perfect. I was in awe and tears when the flowers got delivered to our hotel room that morning -- I truly could not have imagined a more beautiful bouquet for my wedding day. It was exactly what I had in my head and more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. I used all our own vases for our tables at the reception, so I thought the coordination would be a bit tricky, but not for Scot -- he made it seem so easy and wrapped up all the flowers at the end of the night in paper for the guests to take home and collected all of our vases to bring back to the shop. I cant recommend Scot and his team at Steubers more -- they are a truly talented and kind team, and its clear that starts from Scot. He made my dreams come true and I could not be more grateful for the kind of care and warmth he put into our wedding day.

Tremendously Let Down!!!! Called to get an arrangement delivered for a funeral after I viewed their options on their website. Was informed the option that I had selected they don’t carry, but they can do something similar. Spent over $100 on the arrangement and when I got to the funeral was EXTREMELY disappointed. It was a single orchid in a pot with a branch. Under no circumstances should that have been over $100. I called the next day to express my disappointment and was told the website doesn’t reflect what they can do it is not hosted by them. Didn’t even apologize. The least they could have done was offered to send something else.

Steubers Florist on 111th St. has excellent customer service. As I was looking around they asked me if I needed any help and what I was looking for and a price range. They pointed out several arrangements and even offered to make a boquet to my liking. They asked what kind of flowers/colors I wanted and made me a beautiful boquet of flowers. I would highly recommend Steubers Florist. Next time I need another flower arrangment thats the place I will go! They were also very friendly and accomodating.

The arrangements for our wedding were gorgeous! There were many compliments, and the colors were exactly what I wanted. Scot was able to work with me to decide which varieties would work best for us, within our budget, and by choosing likes and dislikes from bridal bouquet reference books at the florist. I am also caring for a poinsettia Christmas gift that still looks amazing (its late July!)

The flower arrangements I always receive from here that my boyfriend order for me are always always above expectations. They are beautiful Everytime and the employees who deliver them are always so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Stubers florist.
