My first time using the florist my goddaughter was having a baby at Covenant Lakeside and got referred to Devault from another florist cause they did not have balloons. I call placed my order and wanted flowers balloons and a little bear and was asked how much I said $100.00 would be great. Later her mom sent me a picture since I drive a truck for a living I was in California and thought it was pretty and well done but only 3 balloons and little bear smaller then the vase the flowers are in, but ok I checked this morning back app and was surprised to see I was billed $138.57 for the arrangement then I was really disappointed in how it came out. I called asking break down of bill and lady seemed upset I was asking but not rude. Like the other gentleman the arrangement was beautiful but not for that much $30 for the little bear. She was in the hospital memorial day for blood pressure problem and only thing open was close but hospital gift shop and had flower/plant arrangement sent and with 3 balloons was only 32.50 they charge $2.00 more then the hospital girt shop for each balloon. I will say nice arrangement but way to high shop around and make sure they know your budget......

I have used Devault Floral several times in the last year to send flowers. They have excelled beyond my expectation EVERY TIME! Ive been specific saying things like, "I want something non-traditional, exotic, Asian themed" (all kinds of crazy adjectives), and they have consistently nailed it. They text me a picture of the finished product so I can see what the end result is and make changes or start from scratch if I so choose. But Ive never had to make any changes. The employees are always personable and fun to work with. The enjoy making people happy which is HUGE to me. There is an evident passion and love in their work! I always get to speak directly to the person making my order and we always laugh and come to a culmination of creativity and agreement we are both excited about. My last arrangement was done by Kambrey, she rocks! I would recommend Devault to anyone, its just all around a great business.

I do not live in Lubbock and was seeking to send birthday flowers to a relative that resides there. My goal was to spend around $40. I called three different florists, and all had a $50 minimum for delivery, plus a $10 delivery fee. When I was ready to throw in the towel, I called Devault. They were incredibly friendly and warm on the phone. They told me I could name my price to either include a $10 delivery fee or I could add on the fee. What great service! To top it off, the person I spoke with let me in on a special that included a gift with the bouquet for no extra charge. It was a short and sweet phone call. I know my loved one will love their flowers!

I am a local freelance event planner and a client of mine recently used Devault Floral as their florist for their party. They are now under new ownership and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of their company. The delivery driver was very kind, the designer was super helpful and understanding and she worked well with me and the timeline we had to follow. the new owner is very friendly and was eager to help me meet my clients needs. My client was very pleased with the results and her guests loved it! I would recommend Devault Floral to anyone looking to buy flowers as a gift, or design an event.

DO NOT order sympathy standing sprays from Devault. On May 12, I ordered a standing tied spray that cost $254. I was told to pay the highest price to ensure that it would be fuller than just the standard spray. The spray that was delivered was substantially smaller than all the other arrangements in vases. I was told that the vase arrangements averaged about $100-$150, and they were much larger and more vibrant than my $254 spray. The names on our sympathy card were also horribly misspelled.

I wanted to send something sweet to my mom for her birthday, and when I called Devault, I didnt know what I wanted but they were so patient and helpful. I called late so I knew there was a chance they wouldnt be able to make the arrangement that same day but they were so friendly and kind and they were able to make it AND deliver it that day! My mom even told me her flowers lasted almost 2 weeks! I would definitely recommend and I will be using them from here on out!!

Affordable Moving

Prettiest floral Christmas arrangement I have ever had!!!!. Loaded with colorful flowers, ornaments, and even had a pretty bird with plum colored tail feathers. My Family and friends simply thought it was so very special. Additionally, I have sent flowers locally for special occasions and have been very pleased with the quality of flowers and the prompt delivery service. .... They give each arrangement a personal touch. I highly recommend!!!

I do not live locally, but needed to get some specific flowers to someone under some very sad circumstances. Could I have gotten something cheaper by ordering online, yes. Would the recipient have loved it as much as they did, no. I received a text from the recipients family that the arrangement was perfect, and just as I requested. You put a smile on someones face that needed it more than you can possibly know. Bless you!

I ordered flowers from Devault yesterday and was not sure how to get them from Lubbock to Dallas for a funeral. Jenni took care of it personally and i was notified a day later by the recipient that they had arrived. If you need flowers for any event whether it be a wedding, birthday party, or just because, this is the only place to go. The customer service is phenomenal and the flowers are even better.

Long lasting beautiful flowers! I have received a smaller creative bouquet as well as a larger arrangement. Both of them were very beautiful and I have to say I had no idea they could stay fresh for so long. Both times these flowers looked great for at least 2 weeks-that is amazing!! When compared to the other arrangements (funeral), they definitely stood out. Thank you Jenni and crew!

Ordered flowers for my wife for our 7th anniversary. They arrived the next day, the delivery man even verbalized they should of been delivered the previous day. I never received a phone call saying they wouldnt be delivered, I was extremely embarrassed to say the least. I will seek out a different florists in the area if I ever decide to go this route again.

A sweet Christmas story... We were behind in ordering a gift, called Jeannie at Devault, and even though they were closed because it was Christmas Eve, she answered the phone anyway, took our order, and delivered our gift that day. Excellent customer service & beautiful displays of plants and flowers. I wont order from any other florist!!!

This is an amazing floral shop!!! The owner and staff are great and ready and willing to help with anything you need. Their creativity is next to none and beautiful. The Orange and yellow circus rose has lasted a month or better. Still smells great. If you have any floral needs for any occasion this is definitely the place to come.
