Horrible! I used them a few times before and the flowers arrangements were nice but today on Valentines they did not deliver the flowers to my girlfriend and it was a total letdown. Apparently the manager doesnt hire help when he knows there are too many orders to fulfill before 5pm. She stayed late just to see if they would come and they didnt. I called and she said they were still delivering, guess the manager doesnt think people leave work until 9pm on Valentines either. She said theyd call when the trucks got back and would reroute them to our location...we live in Smyer and she said they couldnt do that. She flat out said sorry, she wont get them on Valentines. REALLY?! Whats the point of sending flowers for Valentines if she doesnt get them on Valentines. Now I have to go out and buy some more just so my love can have her flowers TODAY! What a sorry excuse for a Florist. I recommend to stay as far away as possible if youd like to have your flowers delivered on a certain day.

I live in Seattle and called in an order last minute for a graveside service for my Granddad. He was laid in the Old Lubbock Cemetery, I spoke with the sweetest and kindest person who promptly promised to have a standing arrangement at the service. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Large and not pink. :) From so far away to know that someone took time to make sure everything was perfect and on time. I wish I lived closer so I could use them all the time. BEWARE I ordered a plant with fresh flowers in a fancy vase. Paid 100 including delivery fee. I got a simple ivy (cheapest plant around) with a couple of lilies stuck in the plant. With a hideous brown woven holder. I was horrified when the recipient thanked me and sent me a pic of what my money got. I will never use again or recommend to anyone! Very disappointing. I was very clear about my order and I was speaking to a designer NOT just a clerk answering the phone .

Looked online for a potted plant for delivery to funeral home. Prices started at $55 and went up, didnt look that good. Went to several florists but when went in Adams saw several great looking plants starting at $30. Immediately waited on, decided to buy a beautiful plant for $30. Tax and delivery total was $43. Great plants, great prices, great service.

Horrible experience. Ordered a corsage for prom and the gentleman was very rude over the phone. He told me it would be ready anytime on Friday. My husband went to pick it up after lunch on Friday and it wasnt done. He went back at 4 and they had given it to someone else. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not ever use them again.

Sorry dam service , rude ass guy, said he could make it and calls back when its time to get it and says he couldnt do it and not even for a extra 50 dollars when the arrangement cost 145 , and he hung up twice when I wasnt being rude what so ever !
