This place continually tries to take advantage of their customers. Every time we come in for a rotation they say we need new tires. The tires are well within the limits set by the manufacturer (half worn), but they always find a way to say "if it were my wife in the car, I would get new tires." If Im not there, they just push my wife to buy new tires because it would be safer for the kids. Of course, a new set of tires every three months would be the safest, but thats not what a paying customer should be talked into every time they come in the store. Their staff is always trying to find a way to recommend a new tire. I believe there is a scam going on at this location to take the barely used tires and sell them again for more profit after they sucker someone into new tires that dont need to be replaced. Its just wrong and unethical to try to take advantage of a customer who might not fully understand the recommendations. Also, they told me this morning that they have more stringent requirements than Goodyear as the manufacturer states and "we had to buy a new tire." Im absolutely appalled at the unethical and dishonest behavior of this location. Really gives a bad reputation to Discount Tire. Will never go back and Ive already mentioned this to everyone that I know.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for years, they are extremely fickle in determining whether they will honor their road hazard warranty and will make every attempt to avoid replacing a faulty tire and will try to SELL YOU their "cheapest" two new tires for the low price of $198! Other locations have been willing to negotiate and work out a deal based upon our history as a customer as well as our current budget but this location and many more are NOT willing to work with their customers at all! Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, the highest priority of Discount Tire is making as much money off of their customers as possible and getting over on people, without any attempt or regard to keeping happy customers or honoring their warranties. Its very unlikely that I will ever go back to this company for tires. My suggestion to everyone is to find a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction because this one definitely does not! Update....Just got a call from Eddie G. at the Humble ,Tx location ,Mr. G. could not apologize enough for my inconvenience and offered me the tires I need for free. Way to go Discount Tire! My perspective of your company is now changed , and I will remain a Discount Tire customer!

CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR! Last thursday they quoted me $255 per tire for a set of tires. I was surprised at how low the price was so i had them confirm the size and model of the tire. I made an appointment with them for saturday morning and when i got there we discovered they had in fact quoted me the wrong tires. The ones i wanted listed for $307 each and they would have to order them but because of there mistake they said they would let me have them for $278 per tire. I agreed and gave them a deposit. I picked them up the following wednesday and when i got home and looked over the invoice i found they charged me the quoted price on only one of the tires and list price on the other three so i called them and they told me to come by and they would take care of it. When i got there this morning they claimed that when i ordered them they told me the quote was good for only one tire and it was basically my word against theirs! The extra $87 doesnt bother me as much as being miss led and having my time wasted. Needless to say, thats the last time i do business with them, and i go through alot of tires!

Great service , good prices and good attitudes. Before going into discount tire I shopped around at Sams club and sears and man was I dissapionted and scared at how much I was looking to spend on four tires . I went into discount tire and right off the bat the customer service guys all had good attitudes and were very professional. Even the guys installing the tires sounded like they were having a good time out there , for a second I kind of wanted to work out there too. My customer service rep Curtis did a really great job on getting me a good high mileage tire at a really good price . I really did walk out of this discount tire feeling good about my purchase. It made my day worthwhile after shopping around. This was my second time buying four tires at discount tire but this was the first time I bought at this location and I will definitely keep giving this location my buisness.

Terrible experience at this location. Ive been a loyal Discount customer for years but its like these guys find a reason to not do work. I came in 5 minutes before closing and they still took me (that was the only positive). After waiting for what seem like forever, this location claimed that my stud was damaged and they couldnt replace the tires with the ones that i bought from them. This was utter BS. I took my business to Olivares tire shop around the the corner and when they took the wheel off they found absolutely no damage. Very disappointed in Discount Tire. I no longer find reasons to come and do business with them. Picture added, to show there was no damage to any of the studs.

I have used this store for several years and am moving my business to another store due to the lack of customer service from the current management. Long waits, lack of individual attention when you finally get a service person and generally downturn in quality of work. I bought new rims and two tires over a year ago and have experienced a shimmy in my truck ever since. (none before) Each time I take it in they balance the tires and have never got the shimmy out completely. After service it get progressively worst until I take it in again. I explain this to them each time with no different results.

I am totally blown away right now. Had a mini blow out and made out into Discount Tire. Tires are expensive by the way! Anyway I wasnt able to purchase a new tire and my spare....well thats another story... The gentleman that helped me offered me a loaner tire. I thought ok this is gonna be as much as a new tire minus 10$ or so.....it was free....they changed my tire out for the loaner and charged me nothing!!! Man upstairs looking out for me as well as Joshua at Discount Tire! Always bought my tires there and will continue to do so! Great place to shop

Excellent service and fair prices. There is usually a wait, they are always busy. You can call ahead to see what the lobby is like. The lobby can use a bit of a cleaning, but being an auto place, its not bad. Free wifi would be a nice thing for them to offer (they dont) waiting customers, as service isnt so great in that area. I like the computerized system they have, all my vehicles and info are available, they send emails and reminders, which is convenient for me. Ive never been disappointed with my service, they do a good job.
