Dont go to check out at 10pm, for some reason they are always short of cashiers at this time even when they know what happens. Also it is a head ach that the personal is not informed of Wal-Mart policy and procedures each time I am able to find an ad were the rib eye is on sale else where at this wal mart they always make an issue on matching the price. They have even told me that because in the picture it shows a thick steak I need to take the thick cut, my response has been "it also shows it cooked are you going to cook it for me also?" Wal Mart states they will match the price not the picture, even when the ad does not state a thick or thin cut I would think that the for business the cheapest is what I would match, I have even told this to the managers and depending on the manager they never take my point in consideration. I have had managers tell me to take the premium thick cut and I have had some tell me the thin cut. They dont know the Wal Mart procedures and are making it a headache for me when I have to return what I have in hand and get the other package because they dont offer to take it back. Also I had a cashier match the price for the person in front of me with out the ad, when I wanted to do the same thing she denied me to be able because she was unaware of it. Personally I think there is a lot of under the table actions going on at this store and is causing lost for Wal Mart and headache for customers.

No help from store employees. Not one employee said a word to me in this store and I was there for over an hour and in about 8 different departments. When I went to check out there were 4 employees helping a customer at one register and when I walked up to that register I was told to go to the other register that had 6 customers waiting in line. I went and stood in line while I watched them all just talk to each other as the line I was in grew longer. They kept looking over at the line but not a one of them offered to ring anyone out. They just looked like, enjoy your wait sucker, and kept talking about their private lives. I went to order pickup after paying for the items I bought in the store. Picked up my order I did online and talked to the girls there about this problem at the front registers. They said I should call the store manager and complain as they get a lot of complaints about those girls at the front lanes. I will call the manager today and we will see what happens. This is not something I am comfortable doing but I am sure other customers feel the same as me. This is the third time in this store in a couple of months and each time it is the same routine of being ignored and not helped at all!!.

This walmart does have some flaws..but right when I was getting really upset a lovely lady Monica from electronics helped me with everything I need even though a previous employee that I just asked for help used a scanner to check for an item in the backroom and said they didnt asked if they could double check said maam i know there isnt because there isnt a BR beside it.I asked the employee to help me find another item and he said in the hardware department over there then walked off ..Monica apologized for them and asked me to give her sec. While she went in back to see if they had gotten one on the truck that night...To my surprise she came out pushing my item( table and chairs )..Helped me find items that were not even in her department..by actually walking with me to look..checked me out in electronics to avoid front line ...and helped me to my car to load the table and chairs.. This is what customer service is walmart needs more employees like her..Thank you Monica you will go far in life with that attitude and customer service..

Horribleeeeeee. And the manager is so bad, she is rude she doesnt care at all .. she is mean .. I went there to put a layway 2 of my sons toys and reason that I did is because my sons was with me the day that we saw those toys that he really wanted so I said hey lets put them on hold .. Santa might see them and grab them. First they took 45 min to have somebody I understand is really busy anyway I waited without complaining is walmart.. Now that I am picking up the toys they said those toys are lost we cant find them and there is no more on the shelves at the floor so do whatever we give you your money back .. Not even sorry maybe we can find them at other walmart or maybe we can order online nooo just like whatever lady .. And the sad thing is that my son just wrote the later to Santa with the only 2 things on it .. The toys are lost.. I dont think I will find them at any store is too close to xmas I separate these 3 weeks ago. I am so heart broken buahhh!!! I.know walmart can be very bad but comn this is unbelievable sniff sniff

You will love and hate this location in the same trip. You will encounter the best and worst of everything and everyone. I go there mostly because it is so close and convenient, and has a large selection. The real trick is to go there frequently enough to get to know who to deal with and who to avoid. The bozos will teach you to appreciate and seek out the good people. Also, the McDonalds at this location is pretty good and keeps extended hours. This is the location on 1960 west of Deerbrook Mall and IH 59. I will usually drive 6 miles past it to get to another Walmart just off 1960 in Atascocita. The one in Atascocita midway between IH 59 and FM 2100, has become one of my all-time favorite Walmarts. Great people and wonderful service especially in the auto center; Paul, Bill, and their crew are just top notch. If you want to see leadership, dedication and customer service in action just go watch them.

The experience wasnt that bad. Im just reminded everytime I go in the store at closing that it closes. You know this is a very populated area now. And they now close at 12 and reopen. There are still employees working stocking shelves. In Porter their store is still open 24 hours. They have a good system on register and all self help register on open side. I understand that their might other variables in play here. But as a manager and owner of a business, the customers demand should be of utmost importance. If you already have employees working stocking shelves, then why lose money and potential customers by closing? I know for a fact that there are plenty of people shopping at that time. All I know is that if there was another retail store open, I would go there.

I visited this walmart a couple of months ago.....worst experience ever! Employees were rude, I couldnt find anything! It was also dirty and not taken care of!........then I went back recently and it was awsome! They got new management, and also remodeled it. I was surprised the employees were stacking the shelves they had tons of stuff, and thanks to the remodeling it was easy to find items. The employees helped me find my items and were super friendly! After shopping I wnt to the McDonalds in the store employees were nice there too. It was also very clean unlike the last time when flies were everywhere. Last time it was a disaster, but this time it was amazing! Last time I wouldve given it 1 star but this time I will give it 5! I hope to be back real soon!
