Small store, limited selection, high pricing. Store prices vary dramatically from online. For example flea medication was around 45$ online but in store 65$ ( yes it was the exact product) they do not match their own online prices. ( most online prices will vary from a store price but usually only a few dollars, theirs are all very different). I only go here when I forget something and I am going out of town and have no time to run to Viera or Melbourne. ( traffic is just to much of headache+gas) Staff that I have dealt with are never well informed. They are either not trained properly or they just dont care. Who knows. Such as ..me: do you have any recommendations for treats for small dogs? employee: "this box says small breed" Yep. ( dont get me wrong, they were not rude just no clued in)

I absolutely love the store and this staff, however I ABSOLUTELY hate that they only sell aqueon aquariums. Their warranty is total and complete lies, and aqueon will tell you to take a walk in one email and never address your concerns again. this has nothing to do with petco really, except that they sell their products and you cant directly purchase replacements through them, unless you want to wait several days to get them, and if you have fish, you need replacements ASAP, and you also cant buy replacements through aqueon either. it wont matter if you get your receipt and take pictures, they dont care. bad customer service. save your money and buy marineland, or another brand that actually will uphold their warranty. sad to say ill be shopping here less because of the products they sell. :(

Over a twenty minute wait to get a product that was locked in cabinet. One of the employees did greet me kindly, and tried to notify a manager, but after twenty minutes and a second attempt to ask for a manager to open the cabinet, I got brushed off by the employees. Not happy!

Clean store, freshwater fish look healthy however weve only met one staff member who are accurate about this fish they sell you. As always ignore the multitude of tiny filter less tank sold for the betta fish you fall in love with.

Our dog is terrified of the groomers and he loves everyone. We changed groomers and no issues. Makes you wonder. Sales associates have no clue what they have or where it is. NO help at all.
