I would give this store zero stars, if that were an option. My son and I visited here today and upon entering we noticed the store was very nice and neat, so Ill give them that, we finally found the reptile section and began to browse. We were never greeted, never acknowledged, asked if we needed help. I noticed 2 young ladies working in the store, they were busy not really working but discussing their latest gossip. We were in the store easily 15 minutes, couldnt find what I was looking for and so we decided to leave, and head for petco. As we left the building one of the girls said bye but in a snarky tune. SO SORRY that we as customers inconvenience you ladies by interrupting your chatter, I do not foresee this company staying in business for much longer. People buy from people they like and from what I have read and what Ive seen, this is something this store does not supply to the public.

Poor customer service! We were there a few days ago when the store was busy and the gentleman helping us was wonderful. Today, however, our experience was the opposite... First, the store was NOT busy yet we had to search for someone to help us. While ringing us up, he acted as if we were an interruption in his day. Before he started ringing us up, he requested our 2 dozen crickets from the girl at the back. After checking us out, he walked away and started working on the shelves. We, then, waited over 10 more minutes for our already purchased crickets while 2 other groups who had NOT yet paid were served instead. While I would love to patronize this new store in our town, PetCo will keep our business since THEY have a good grasp of what customer service means... especially in such a small town.

never any employees around when you need one. they are either at the cash register or cleaning something. even if you stare at them waiting they will not come over, you have to go yourself if you want any help. have waited in the fish department over 10 minutes on more than one occasion. this place has two staff members there at all times, not enough to run a store properly, maybe theres a manager in the back but i have yet to find out.

Great place and a nice alternative to petco for those of us that dont live on the south side of town. Great for a quick in and out without getting stuck in all the fluff of a big store and I love the bathing stations. They also work with some of the vets in town which is nice. Pretty good prices. Excited to see what else Titus Landing brings us!

Ive been here a couple of times since it opened and its a hit or miss with customer service!! They really dont carry any of the products I feed my dogs and the prices seem a little higher than Petco. But the store is very clean and doesnt smell! Maybe if they carried the products I use, Id shop there just for the convenience of the location.

Was very unhappy with the Customer service; Staff was very unfriendly and uninformed about products and about the animals they did have. Brought my dog and staff didnt offer any treat even when I asked for one. Even Ace Hardware gives dog treats .... Was hoping better for Titusville

The staff is very helpful. I was able to find what I needed and even asked when some things would be available. The staff was very friendly and the experience was very enjoyable. I recommend this place to others as they also carry some foods other places do not for Cats and Dogs.

New store to this are and have only been there once to pick up pet. As it just open had a coupon and went in to get dog food. And have a look around. Service people were very helpful and pleasant.

Employees are rude and Im pretty sure they dont know anything about animals. Ill just drive the extra few miles and go to petco. Also the prices are ridiculous.

They have had supplies when Pet Co was completely out and couldnt give a time when they would get more. In short they had supplies for our Dragons.
