This place has my business from now on! We went to petco, the employees didnt help us at all! My wife and I left and saw that this store that was right in the next plaza. We got our new bunny and the staff there answered every single question we had. We now have the cutest bunny. Thank you guys!

The staff is nice when you arrive. But the store is not handicap accessible. I have a Service Dog and when I check out its extremely difficult to get out of the store with a 50 lb bag of dog food. Even with the cart. Nobody ever offers to help.

I use to get my rats here all the time but now they dont have the size i need. One of the only pet stores in palm bay. You think they would stay stocked. Being such a large pet shop.

Got a beautiful male Electric blue Hap Cichild and they said they will order me a female. Staff were very helpful. My fish is healthy and beautiful.

Although less expensive than Pet Smart, they are still over priced. The store does have a good variety of items though.

Purchased a fish it had ich and killed all the fish in my tank. I dont suggest buying fish or any pet from then.
