Been wandering around this store for about 10 minutes and have only seen two employees. One has been helping the same woman with the betas since I got here. The other appeared to be a manager. He was talking down to one customer and then just went in the office. I just wanted to buy some crickets.

Terrible customer service. Needed to get some fish, no one came to help. Another customer was waiting before me who didnt get helped either. Ended up walking out without any fish and went to Petsmart up the road. Ended up being $.10 cheaper per fish anyway.

My best friend and I have been there quite a few times to look at hamsters and mice, tanks were unbelievably dirty. They dont really clean the animals cages, prices are high. Some staff are friendly and some are not.
