I have done business with this place for many years but very let down today. I bought vaccines and got charged for 3 when i only got 2. I corrected the girl on that. Then i get to my car and look at my receipt to find out that i was charged 8.99 for a 5 way shot and a 7 way. I went back in store and asked the girl about it and she said that they all were 8.99. I could tell she didnt want to be bothered with me. I saw the owner was in the store but was talking to someone so i didnt bother him. I got down the road a bit and decided to call and ask him the price. He stated that the 5 way was 5.99 and the 6,7 and 8 way was 8.99. I told him that i was charged 8.99 for both, he told me to bring the shots back in, i got there and it seems to be a problem and another cashier was saying they had all went up to 8.99. It seems to me they not all on the same page about the pricing. I called and got prices from the York Animal Supply owned by someone else.What i dont understand is why they can charge 7.99 for a 5 way and only 5.69 for a 7 way. I will be doing business with York where i dont feel im getting ripped off. The funny thing about it is, i was there in January and paid 4.99 for the 5 way and 7 way.I went last month to get some they were 4.99 and 7.99 and now they say they all are 8.99. Does anybody in there know what the heck to charge. I wont be going there anymore and the sad thing is the owner is a very nice man, so maybe he wants to hire people that knows whats going on. He will be losing alot of business if he dont get new employees.

Wonderful people. We highly recommend shopping here. The people that work here are just the kindest, most helpful people. They will help you carry items out to your car and answer any and all questions you may have. We switch our three basset hounds to Apex after talking to one gentleman here and they just love it. Apex is better for them and they will actually clean the entire bowl out rather than leaving half of the food behind. It’s a pet friendly environment so all walks of life are welcome. We also have 3 cats and 3 rats and this place accommodates them as well. They also sell wild bird food a lot cheaper than anywhere else we have seen. If you shop online, they offer free shipping on orders $60 or more. With all my critters, we easily spend more than that in a month. We take advantageous of the free shipping when we are too busy to stop by but we rather take our puppy dogs into the warehouse when we can because they are loved on by everyone. We absolutely love this place and the people.

My wife and I wanted to adopt two cats from this location. We gave information to several different people and no one would call us back. We mentioned possibly de-clawing the cats and they freaked. If they didnt want us to have the cats, they should have told us upfront. That was a waste of my time. But, we then went to Petsmart and adopted two beautiful kittens. We were able to bring them home the same day with no problems. I wont be going back to the Animal Supply House.

The service is amazing, very customer service oriented. Im on oxygen 24/7 they help me to the cash register with my products, even the groomers will escort me and my dog to the register and they take my dog to the car for me. I cant say enough good things about all of them. They carry good foods for your animals that are priced much better than your big chain pet supplers

I have been going here for years. The owner is a really nice guy. I once had a problem and confronted the owner about it. I feel like he really took the time to make me happy, and made my pets happy too! The personal service you get here and the rewards program make it a nice place to shop for pet food and supplies.

Most of their stuff is geared toward dogs and cats. It looks like decent quality for those animals. Their rat stuff, however, was not only limited but questionable in my experience.

Advantage is the best flea medicine I have found, but it is so expensive, especially by the box. Here at the Animal Supply House they will sell it by the dose.
