Giving one star isnt even deserved with this place. I bought my bunny from this place after a two day waiting period due to him being so young. After a few days of him living with me I had noticed he was acting strange. The employee who sold him to me stated that Aloha Vet Hospital was their vet that they took their animals to. First off Id like to state that I live right around the corner from Aloha and my bunny needed immediate attention, so I took him straight there. I called this place after to let them know to follow up on their offer of taking care of the animals medical attentions if anything was wrong. They were no help whatsoever and will NOT take care of the bills nor refund me on the cost of the bunny. This poor little creature was sick before I even bought him and they did NOT take care of him before or even after I made strong connections with my little bunny. I will NEVER shop at this place again nor EVER buy an animal there due to their lowsey excuses for not taking care of their animals like they claim to do. I will be notifying everyone I know about this place and making sure people know what kind of place they are going to. You were no help at all and Im beyond shocked on the kind of people you all were to not care about an animals health. Plain cruel.

Never has what Im looking for. Had to buy a small bag of food (because they were out of my large bag) so when I finally get my 10th bag it will be small instead of the large that I usually try to buy. Customer service at checkout stinks. 1 guy on the phone checking 3 different items to see if another store has them, 1 other person off helping someone and 1 guy without a cash drawer just standing there so basically no one able to check us out. Expect us to just stand around and wait for the guy checking people to finish with his phone call. Who runs a business like that? There were 2 of us waiting. Im sure if there had been more people waiting in line they would have found a way to get us checked out. I refuse to return. Im done with them. I dont see this business surviving.

I shouldve been more specific my 2 star rating has more to do with working there, than it does going as a customer. To be honest, Jenny (The Manager) she may know what shes talking about but shes fake, shell smile until you walk out the door. Or until after you spend your hard earned money. I loved that job, but the manager makes me angry. I quit. Then came back when I bought a rescue rabbit, as a customer.. she helped me out, was knowlegable, we were joking around but as I was walking out she had a little more to say, "nice Google review" I forgot about my 2 star review. Maybe the store is great, staff? Even better but the manager could be more professional.

Been there many times and only because its convenient. They are always out of stock in certain brands and sizes I like to buy. Not enough help. And very very little experience. If I need a little advice about food or supplements I always go talk to Robert at the Indian Harbour Beach store, off of Eau Gallie. He really knows his stuff and products. And has always helped me with my pets.

Waited for help for at least 10 minutes while employees just stared at us. When we asked for help the employee was extremely rude. The store is full of high schoolers who could careless about their jobs. I will not be returning.

I like this Pet Supermarket over the other ones. The staff made sure I was getting the right food. They were friendly. This store is cleaner and brighter. It just seems nicer than other Pet Supermarket stores. Just my opinion.

The store is big and clean and almost always has what I need. They have a little bit of everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem to be doing everything right.

The staff are very helpful and they have a wide range of things for cats and dogs. Plus your reptile needs can be taken care of here. I go here because they price match.
