I wish I could change my previous rating. I am the one who bought a cava-chin pup. I thought he was healthy and had loose stool due to his diet changes (breeder-puppy chow, store-diamond, then me-Blue). However he was sick. I realized it was more than just a new home and diet changes when he stopped eating. I place my GOOD review on here the morning that this went downhill. I took him to my vet that night. I was told the next day he was positive for parvo. The store claims I got him sick. However my vet agrees he was exposed prior to me getting him. Sorry but I will side with my vet. I have two other dogs, one I got as puppies over the past 2 years, neither of them had a problem. My puppy is ok now after round the clock care and 3 days of panic. He is a healthy pup now. Look online and you will find other reviews prior to mine of sick puppies. I am sure there are more people who have had problems but do not take the time to write a review.

I bought a puppy there about a year or 2 ago and the owner was very nice. but after like 2 days she stopped eating and playing and had diareha. took her to the vet about 3 days later to find out she had PARVO ! I did an out patient treatment and after a few days she was starting to be herself again and started eating. I saved her life. I also learned that a friend of mine had also got a puppy from there that had parvo as well and it died and also learned of another puppy that was put down because it had parvo. She told us the puppy had the parvo shot but obviously not because she was positive for parvo ! I suggest that if u get a dog from there or any other animal opf that matter you take it to the vet ASAP !! I almost lost my puppy.

We bought, what they told us was a fulled blooded Golden Retriever. They lied. That is all I can say. We love and adore the puppy, that is not the problem,, we paid for a Full blooded Golden retriever. We took our new little guy to the vet and he is part Chow. I thought so because his entire tongue is black. It is not spotted but completely black. He does not have an undercoat like a golden retriever or a Chow. His fur is that of a Lab. So they basically lied. I did call and they were suppose to callme back and never did. Do not believe what they tell you. A very dishonest or either down right dumb about animals and should get out of the business, pet store.

This pet store is a ton better then pet connection. But its still not my favorite. They have a really crammed store and seem to have trouble keeping up with all the animals. They also use pine in some of the cages which makes animals sick. They also have puppies and kittens. Which most likely come from mills or back yard breeders. This isnt a great pet store but its not nearly as horrible as pet connection. They have a wide variety in color or rodents and other pets. A few things need to change for this to be a great pet store.

I recently bought a puppy from this store and was very happy with it. She was well kept and healthy. Some people obviously dont realize how hard it is to care for that many dogs in a small place. So, I have been happy with the animals I have purchased from this store and will continue to support this pet shop. I also know many other people who have gotten animals from here and were very happy with them also
