For one Ive never had a cut off time that I could drop my dog off to be boarded. Thats an inconvenience right there, but I looked pass that because the people I talked to were nice. Two when dropping my dog off I told the person that I would pick my dog up earlier than I booked. When I went at the time I said I would be there I was told my dog was not there and that she was still at the owners house. Another inconvenience was that of all days the owner decides to go out of town and hes the only one that can get my dog. Great! Lastly, I just tried to book another time the lady who answered said the dates I wanted were available and so I book it online lucky me I get an email back saying the dates arent available! Lol taking my business elsewhere my dogs nails werent even trimmed with her grooming.

I absolutely love this place! 5 stars is not enough! My Bernese mountain dog loves entering the door and is super excited to see the staff when we arrive and is never in a rush to get out the door when I pick him up. They must take him to go potty too because he never has a lot in his tank. Not to mention how beautiful he looks and how friendly the staff is. They are super accommodating with scheduling even with my crazy hectic schedule. I highly recommend this place for grooming!

They are super sweet with my dog, thats very important to me, he was harmed very bad and almost lost one eye for negligence at Go Dogs. Really horrible experience! The Pet Bow is a very professional dependable and loving place for dogs.

After losing his fur and bleeding for a week, my dog was treated for a staph infection today that came as a result of being bit many times by other dogs while staying at the Pet Bowtique in Oviedo. Be careful where you leave your pets!
