They Still Sell Ball Pythons, but quit selling feeder mice. They dont know how to properly care for their snakes. Ive tried to help them, but they dont listen, and apparently dont care. I believe the high employee turnover is partly to blame. Their reptile setups are poor, and result in stressed, malnourished specimens. Theres a reason I ordered my snakes from a breeder. I was warned. My cinammon ball (like many others) will not eat FT. I didnt care that PSP doubled the price of feeder mice a few months ago. Their mice were well fed, which isnt always the case at other local shops. The last time I stopped by I picked up a new hide, a few bags of substrate, and things for my cats and dog (which Im always picking up). I spent well over $100. Those purchases were made out of convenience. I can just as easily pick up these items elsewhere, and since I now have no need to stop, this revenue stream has just dried up. They have a bp that refuses to eat FT (possibly due to the atrocious setup) and is currently "suffering." Their hypocrisy absurd. Btw.. I can still buy feeder fish and insects here because... well... why not? But not mice. I hope they rethink their policy..... before they lose more of their customer base.

For the most part this is a good pet store. I love the fact they do not sell puppies and kittens. The place doesnt have much of a smell and is kept rather clean. This is the only pet store in alliance I like. I had some complaints about their pets and they got it all fixed. Their animals no longer are kept on pine or cedar bedding. Both of which are bad and very toxic. They give them more room and even the feeders are not as crammed. I think their prices are a big high for their reptiles. At least they are for ball pythons. They sell normal ball pythons for $60. When you can get a normal ball python from a breeder for $25. Other then the price of the ball pythons being high everything else is reasonable. I really like this pet store and recommend it to anyone and everyone. I also wish they would sell frozen feeder rats. They have frozen feeder mice but it would be good if they started selling frozen feeder rats. But this is a great pet store that I highly recommend.

I was looking everywhere for a certian saltwater fish, a french angel and no where had it. I ask an employee about it, And they had it a week later, amazing price to. Their corals are fantastic and cheap. amazing experience all togethor. Def a place to go if u live in northeast ohio

Ive seen the manager, Melissa, be rude to customers multiple times while I was shopping here. Very rude. And the employees spoke to me how she is rude to them as well. Needs new management before I would ever shop here again.

I took my dog in for a nail trim and the girl said his rabies vaccine was expired when it was just given to him and good until 2019. She was unable to read the record properly.
