I dropped him off at 8:50 am for a 9:00 AM appointment with Malory. I called at 1:30 P.M. to check on him since I had not heard from them. Spoke to Malory.... She claimed they were super busy and that she need another 45 minutes.I dropped him off at 8:50! The store was in complete darkness it had not officially opened yet, how did it get so busy that my dog was not groomed promptly at his 9:00 AM appointment? I got a phone call an hour later with Malory practically screaming that she can not groom my dog and would not groom him any longer. She then has the audacity to tell me she would only charge me for the shampoo. I immediately go to get him and the grooming door is closed. I knocked several times before they would open the door. He was in a crate and they told me to get him. Now the story changes that he was aggressive and the last three times she had groomed him he was horrible as well. interesting I had taken him monthly for three consecutive months never heard a complaint. Now he has holes in his fur, he is totally uneven. she changed her story that he was being difficult. It took 6.5 hours for her to figure out she could not groom him??? She has groomed him before I never heard a complaint. The truth is I was never over the top thrilled with his cuts and she never cut his nails correctly yet always charged me for it. I kept going because I thought he was comfortable with her. Now I am being told that he was horrible.The whole situation was handle extremely unprofessional! If she was having trouble with my dog I should have been called immediately. Instead they threw him into a crate when he is not a crated dog, that did wonders for his anxiety! Then she tries to tell me I should take him to a vet to have him sedated for a shampoo and cut! He isnt a rescue, and had been to the vet the day before. There is no manager, no one to talk to.The best part when I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge,the girl in the front part of the store claims she didnt know how to reach the owner. I posted a negative review on their facebook page and seconds later there is a reply from the "owner" You are not in the store but you are able to reply without speaking to me personally and you know the whole story....This place is a complete joke. The front end has nice products but the grooming is unprofessional and not properly trained

My dog had a bad reaction to a full groom at this location. They would not compensate me, but offered me a bag of cookies, and told me I waited too long to report it even though I called right after the symptoms showed up. I have been getting my dog groomed the same way for 7 years and have never experienced something like this before. Hundreds of dollars in vet bills and a month later she still has to wear a cone. So disappointed with this experience. In response to the comment below - I did not wait a month to report this to your store.

A family member highly recommended Woof to me. I have a Boxer and a Chihuahua and only feed them foods that are free of all the crap in the foods like Beneful and Pedigree that grocery stores sell. The store truly has your pets health in mind, and are huge animal lovers themselves! You feel like ur visiting family and not a cold store saying "here, buy stuff!" Meets all out fur baby needs!

The quality of service is amazing! The staff have been so patient in helping me find the perfect food for my Sphynx cats. They really listen, are so knowledgeable, and will offer a host of options to fit every budget. To my surprise, they are more affordable than online retailers! Im so glad I accidentally stumbled into this place.

The staff were very polite with us and our three dogs. Kriscia was our groomer and she was so professional with taking care of our dogs. Their prices for their service are a steal. Definitely will be taking my dogs back there.

Service is amazing and store is very clean. Regarding to grooming, Leslie is amazing. My dog Colin loves her and she makes him look like a million dollars! She always goes above and beyond to make sure perfection is achieved.

We have been taking our dog here for over a year, but the grooming quality has gone down. We have not been happy with 2 of the 3 last grooms. Im will to pay this higher end price, but expect good service. Disappointing!
