Manager needs to learn basic customer service skills, he was rude about a simple price match. I know youre the manager of a pet supply store and youre pretty awesome, but try not to let it get in the way of doing your very, very easy job that took almost no education to get. Cashier was very nice and tried to make up for rude manager, felt bad for her, its obvious hes not retail material, you need to be able to be nice no matter what or at least not be rude.

The groomer Nicole was very rude. I brought my pet in to check in & saw her push another worker. The worker she pushed was trying to check me in. I was not fond of her attitude toward this worker. I also saw her helping other groomers other than one. If you ask me you should help ALL coworks, NOT just your favorite one. Very dissatisfied. I do not recommend bringing your pets here. I will keep my business in Palm Coast.

A wonderful place to visit. The place might be small but it is a delightful experience to walk into this beautiful Petco. Everything is clean and the animals seem happy. The only issue is that they dont have everything you would want as it is a smaller store. The people are friendly and helpful as well.

I am very impressed with this store. Everyone is helpful. The trainer has made a huge difference in my rescue dog in a short period of time using positive methods with no choke collar. I am also very impressed with the groomer.

We love this place get everything for our pets here. Our dogs love the doggie cookies. We own Daves Jerky Shop off South Nova in Ormond Beach and customer service is important and this place is fantastic!

Please dont ever bring your pet here. Shop all you want, but I would never use the groomers or get shots here. Our dog ended up in the emergency pet clinic twice because of this place.
