Very disappointed in grooming dept. I have been bringing my little tiny dog here for years to Daytona location. A few months ago I complained about the service and wait time of my animal being kept in a cage. I was emailed and advised to co tact two different managers who are never available. Brought her back today as she gets groomed here and her appt was at noon I cam to the store at 4pm I never heard from anyone was told it would be another 45 minutes! So five hrs after being told 3 and she was in a cage the whole time! Im rating this based on the time as the groomers do a decent job but when your appt is at 12 then she needs to be bathed dried and groomed not kept locked up for five hrs. Not happy they have really gone downhill I will now find her another groomer. Very disappointed and borderlines abuse for the animal

The people working here are some of the worst store reps ever. My two experiences with them over the phone have just been horrendous. The first time I was transferred around through five different employees to simply get the pricing of a product. After that call taking over 30 min they ended up not carrying what I needed. Now my second attempt to call this store ended in a bust as well. The lady that answered the phone tells me she will transfer me and then hangs up on me. I call back and she apologizes and then transfers me correctly. The man that answered the phone tells me he would go check on the product in question and puts me on hold... Or not he too hung up on me. THIS STORE IS A JOKE. I hope they go out of business.

Decided to go against by better judgement and take my 3 pound Pomeranian (whom I have been getting groomed for 6 years) to Petsmart in Daytona Beach to get a bath. Although I was happy that they got me in on a busy Sunday last minute, I left VERY unhappy. Upon picking him up, I got into my truck and took a better look at him. His coat wasnt even brushed out, his undercoat was still twisted from being wet, his head stunk like it did not even get washed and his underbelly smelled like urine. I am shocked that a large cooperation would allow such lack in customer care. I will be returning today to get my money back.

This was my second visit. I have to admit after my first one I was a little iffy about coming back. I figured every place deserves a second chance though, so i made the appointment. I am not disappointed this time! My groomer was a young lady named Stephanie and she was absolutely wonderful with my Alanna, who by the way is 75lbs and skittish of anything unfamiliar. I went a head and paid a little extra for the de-shedding bath and grooming. I have to say Im very pleased with the results and would happily spend the extra again. Stephanie really made my visit wonderful and I will be sure to come back!

We were currently in the process of moving from Alaska. Our dogs were great need of a professional grooming service after a 16 hour flight and a full year of home grooming. Our babies needed to be groomed BEFORE we brought them to our house. So we HAD to bring our dogs to Petsmart...because there were no other groomers opened on Sunday at 8am. I was thrilled to pick up our dogs! They were perfectly bathed and groomed! We have decided that we will continue to use this petsmart, which will be a 40 mile round trip! Kylee and Kymberly did an amazing job :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to take my 2 dogs in for grooming. They have been there SEVERAL times. Was told because their rabies shot was due LAST MONTH and they have an appointment THAT DAY AFTER THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT for their shots, they would NOT see them for grooming. I mean seriously WTH?! Called the "manager" on duty. She said their policy would be to muzzle them since they arent up to date and they could only do that for 20 minutes???!!! DONE DONE DONE.

I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing to get some crickets for my beloved pet lizard and the staff advised me as the the species of the lizard and help me get my goods cheerily! Well, the manager guy was kind of not so cheery looking when I walked in as I think he was ready to go but the two ladies (cricket lady and cashier) were super helpful!

We took our dog there to get bathed and nails trimmed. My fault for not making sure it was done correctly. Just took her to another groomer to find out two back nails were never cut and the nail is almost growing back into the skin, which is going to be a vet visit now. Great job. Save your time and money and go to a professional.

I brought some cat food that was on sale for a good price only to find out when I got home it expired 3 months ago. I just asked for a refund which Im still waiting for to be put back on my bank card. the manager needs work with customer service. its always something at this location. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Manager did price check on an item I bought that was on sale and didnt ring up at the register then he went back to the shelf and removed the price tags and told me they were never there!!..I questioned him on it and instead of honoring the sale price insisted I was "mistaken" bad service.. Ill never go back

Everything is way over priced, In the people in the grooming salon is no interest in help the customer about the prices theyre charge, and Petco Port Orange have a better prices and the grooming salon, and not only work because of money they are more nicer.

Took my baby in for his first grooming appointment... im very pleased with their work. I had them cut his hair like a lion loved it!!! We also buy all our fish here and bought our fish tank here.. the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful to us.

The layout was nice. I liked that the Grooming is in the front of the store. I would recommend putting the turtle in a bigger cage , it was too small and the turtle looked stressed. The turle kept pacing back and forth.

i literally LIVE HERE. i am a furry and i come here dressed up in my costume and bark and play with the customers. They pet me and say I am a good dog. I t brings joy to their lives<333333333

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I had a coupon to get my cats claws trimmed & capped. They didnt have the caps as advertised, & the cat groomed didnt know how to apply the claw caps.

Took our dog in to get haircut and shampoo. They did an excellent job and took great care of him. Lauren did a fantastic job with him. Will definitely take him back to see her.

Came to get a betta fish. Sadly all of the water in their cups were cloudy dirty. They all looked starving. Four of them were dead. Sad how inhumane this place is.

Pretty good as far as the pet stores around this area go. Even the groomers isnt bad, would definitely recommend over Petco.
