Be VERY careful dealing with this company. If there is a zero chance the item you order wont need to be returned they are okay. If there is any chance you may want to return an item then plan on either selling it on eBay or getting it from another store. Outlands return policies read nicely on the website, but in practice are horrendous and not customer friendly. They arbitrarily set double digit "restocking fees" and use them to take your money. Buy a tent for $399, set it up once, decide its not right for you, send it back, and Outland will give you back $199.50 of your money and keep the rest. Great for them, bad for customers. I do not condone their business practices and cannot recommend them. Be safe, go to a reputable store instead.

I have never received such awful service. I ordered a jacket to a shipping company because I was living abroad and needed international shipping that wasnt offered. I received an email days later saying that my order had "inconsistencies" and therefore either had to be delivered to my billing address or be canceled. To be questioned without even a call, especially with the disgusting tone they used, was extremely offensive. They accused me of not being the cardholder, even though I was shipping it to my name and my email was being used. This treatment is absurd and this has been a huge inconvenience. Again, Ive never been so offended and I will definitely never be using a service this unprofessional.

CAUTION: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ON E-BAY!!! If anything goes wrong with your order, they wont do anything about it and will have any negative feedback you leave removed. They may be ok to deal with directly (Ive never purchased from them directly), but they definitely abuse E-bay policies and will take your money and leave you with nothing like they have me. Read their reviews on there for proof!

I received my order today however unfortunatly the only thing correct about product delivered was it was from the right manufacturer. Model, color, etc were not what I ordered. Now having to deal with a return and another wait for the right product to be delivered.
