They have a great selection but finding what you need can be very very difficult. Especially if youre looking at their shoes. Im sure the employees did not scatter the shoes randomly through the shoe section, but it also didnt look like anyone had attended to the area in a while. There always seems to be a very Loooooong line to check out here as well, and they put lots of candy and snacks and things I didnt want my toddler trying to get in the isle where you wait to check out. Great advertising for impulse buyers, but irritating when you already have an angry toddler, now even angrier they cant have one if the 15 different candies or treats that are in arms reach. If you go, I wouldnt bring the kids.... And set aside plenty of time to actually sift through the entire store to find what you need.

It was awful, the line were to the back of the store, I just left all my items in the cart and left. They only had about three registers open. I have never seen places like that other than the holidays, should have been more people working since that store is so close to the highway and more people are coming through there. I made it a point to get off the highway and was very disappointed.

Good service fairly clean Great products bathrooms are always horrible because of disgusting patrons who come in and purposely create a mess either with feces or urin or bloody tampons etc... Even you women are gross making such masses like children, i have seen it a hundred times People are vendictive and disgusting. Really people you should have more couth But you dont. Sad.....

Worst EVER!!! Clothing selection is poor and slim, shoes are the same way. The employees have the absolute worst attitudes and rudely gossip about customers in hearing range just to be mean. I said 6 months ago that Id never be back, wish I had stuck to that decision. Im horrified by what I witnessed and experienced today. I left without buying a single thing. What a waste.

Good selection. I needed things for my office including lamps and rugs, etc.. I had five large bags and was told that I could not use a cart to take it out. I am sure it is annoying having to collect abandoned carts in the parking lot, but I am one of those who would have returned it.

This is a pretty good store. For a while they were not getting in very much clothing but that has improved. At times it is extremely busy with long lines but the good prices make it worth the wait. They have a great selection of shoes, including mens shoes (TJMAX doesnt have mens).

This store was deplorable when i went in on Friday. The bathrooms were filthy to the point I was almost afraid to go. The line literally ran from the front of the store to the back, and was moving very slow. I barely liked the store before, but goodness gracious.

This store reminded me of Burlington Coat Factory. There was very little floor help as clothes and shoes were all over the floor in their department. There is not a good selection of Big and Tall clothing for either male or female. Disappointing

I was here on may 20th at 6:52 and its a complete disaster!!! This store has really lost it touched. I use to love coming in this store because it was always so clean and well put together but my God the staff has really let this place go...

Young, rude and unprofessional crew working tonight. Poor customer service. LP was the only one to acknowledge the customers but he was preoccupied by his phone mostly. And clothing option was below average.

The employees have terrible attitudes. Loudly complaining about over working. I even witnessed an employee arguing with a customer. Ive never seen anything like this. I wont be back in this store.

I always find my size shoes there, size 18. I wish they had better art and home furnishings for a demographic of male 18-25. Lines are always long but they do good on getting people in and out.

The ladies in the dressing room could be nicer or at least speak you. For example, ask you how many items you have to try on? Instead of just gesturing, frowning or pointing.

I love the prices and merchandise at Ross. I hate the long lines though. They need more cashiers working. Hate feeling like I am in an amusement park line to buy 1 thing.

Yeah shorts and clothing; but do not be in a hurry and they usually have a line 20+ customers deep, its great for business but bad for customers
